The episode starts with Lakshmi turning around and she spots Vishaka. Lakshmi asks Vishaka what is she doing behind her. Lakshmi asks Vishaka what is she hiding behind her hand. Vishaka doesn’t speak up. Lakshmi holds Vishaka’s hand and opens it up forcefully. Lakshmi doesn’t find anything is Vishaka’s hand.
It is shown Bhavani takes the injection from Vishaka’s hand when Vishaka is hiding the injection from Lakshmi.
Vishaka says to Lakshmi that she already told her there is nothing in her hand. Lakshmi asks Vishaka then why did she hide her hand from her. Vishaka says to Lakshmi she was just joking with her and leaves from there. Lakshmi thinks Vishaka is definitely hiding something from her.
The lab technician says to the security guard that he has to give some important information to the Lakshmi. The security guard asks the lab technician to go inside.
Karan’s friends ask Karan to do a dance with Lakshmi. Karan’s friends also ask Lakshmi to dance with Karan. Lakshmi says she cannot dance and asks Karan to do a solo performance. Karan’s friends seeing it mock Karan. Dadi gets upset seeing Karan being mocked by his friends. Lakshmi witnesses it. Lakshmi comes to Karan and says to Karan that they should dance. Lakshmi says to Karan that she was just joking with him before that she will not dance with him.
Karan dances with Lakshmi. Karan comments on Lakshmi as she rejected him before and now she is dancing with him. Lakshmi says to Karan that she is not doing for him but for Dadi as Dadi was upset when he was mocked by his friends.
The lab technician spots Lakshmi and tries to go to her. Vishaka closes the lab technician’s mouth and takes him away from there.
The lab technician is shown to be tied upside down with a rope. Vishaka sees the lab reports and understands the Lakshmi has taken her blood sample and sent it to the lab for testing. Vishaka kisses the lab technician and kills him.
Bhavani comes to Vishaka and asks Vishaka when is she going to kill Lakshmi and says the party is going to be over. Vishaka shows the water balloon and says there is poison in this balloon and she will kill Lakshmi using this balloon.
Karan’s friend say to Karan that he is really lucky to have gotten a wife like Lakshmi. Karan goes to charge his phone and he sees Lakshmi’s phone is ringing and he attends the call. The police inspector says to Lakshmi that he has sent the sketch that she has asked for him. Karan introduces himself as Lakshmi’s husband and asks the police inspector what is he talking about. The police inspector says Lakshmi has asked him to send the sketch of the poison serial killer and he has sent that photo. Karan sees it is the sketch of the nurse. Karan notices Vishaka is aiming at a water balloon with a blow dart and there is poison in the water balloon so he rushes to Lakshmi with a curtain in his hand. Vishaka shoots the water balloon with a blow dart and the poison in it is about to spill on Lakshmi. Karan puts the curtain over Lakshmi and himself and the poison spills over the curtain.
Karan asks Lakshmi and everyone to be careful and he says Vishaka is the poison serial killer. Vishaka admits that she is the poison serial killer and no one can escape her. Karan warns Vishaka to stay away from Lakshmi. Vishaka struggles with Karan and she stabs with his fingernails. Lakshmi slashes at Vishaka’s arm with a knife. Vishaka uses a poison bomb and escapes from there.
Lakshmi tends to Karan. Karan says to Lakshmi that he was telling the truth before that he can give up his life for her. Dadi and Lakshmi worry for Karan as he is poisoned. Manny says there is no antidote for this poison. Lakshmi says they cannot give up just because there is no antidote.
