The episode starts with Barkha thinking Lakshmi’s ghost has tried to kill her. Barkha thinks she has to leave from here as she thinks Lakshmi will come to kill her even after her body has been burnt. Barkha packs her bags. Bhavani comes and asks Barkha why is she packing her bags. Barkha says she is thinking of going to Mumbai. Karan overhears their conversation. Karan asks Barkha why is she suddenly going to Mumbai. Barkha says to Karan that she cannot come out of the grief that Karthik is dead and says she needs to leave this city. Barkha says she is going to leave to tonight. Karan agrees and later leaves from there.
Lakshmi thinks she cannot take anyone’s name without proof. Lakshmi looks at her fingernails and realises there is blood and skin under her fingernails and thinks this skin and blood belongs to the murderer. Lakshmi decides to give this sample for DNA testing. Lakshmi leaves from there.
Karan waits for Lakshmi in his room. Lakshmi comes into Karan’s room through the window. Karan helps Lakshmi. Karan asks Lakshmi where has she gone. Lakshmi says to Karan that she has gone to the hospital as there is skin and blood under her fingernails as she has struggled with the person who has attempted to burn her down. Lakshmi says to the Karan that the DNA report will come to his phone. Karan looks at his phone. Karan gets the DNA report and he gets shocked seeing the name on the report.
Barkha gets ready to leave to Mumbai and says good bye to her family. Karan comes and confronts Barkha asking her why has she gone to the morgue to burn Lakshmi’s dead body. Karan asks Barkha not to lie and says he was there at the hospital to do paper work for Lakshmi’s dead body and he spotted her there. Barkha admits to Karan that she has attempted to burn Lakshmi’s body. Barkha says to Karan that she has done it for him as Lakshmi’s ghost was haunting him and attacking him. Karan believes Barkha’s lies and hugs her. Lakshmi witnesses all of it from afar. Lakshmi thinks Barkha would never put her life on the line for Karan and comes to the conclusion that Barkha is the one who has killed Karthik.
Karan thinks he needs to explain to Lakshmi that Barkha attempted to burn her dead body because she was worried for him. Karan comes into the room and he notices Lakshmi is missing and has left a letter.
In the letter Lakshmi says to Karan that she knows he will trust Barkha over her but she will not allow Karthik’s killer to go free.
Barkha says to the driver that this is not the way to the airport. Lakshmi comments on it. Barkha gets shocked seeing Lakshmi in the driver’s seat instead of driver. Lakshmi says to Barkha that she knows Barkha is the one who has killed Karthik and asks Barkha to admit the truth if not she will die just like Karthik. Lakshmi drives the car pretty fast onto an incoming truck. Lakshmi diverts the car at the last moment. Barkha gets scared and she jumps out of the car. Barkha runs into the woods to escape from Lakshmi. Lakshmi chases Barkha.
Barkha calls Karan to save her from Lakshmi’s ghost and she loses signal in her phone. Barkha sees Lakshmi all around her and she gets scared. Lakshmi thinks today she will get justice to Karthik.
