The episode starts with Lakshmi noticing a wall constructed around her. She quickly sends a message from her smartwatch. Karan sees the notification on Lakshmi’s phone, tracks her location, and rushes to the construction site. He searches for Lakshmi, who cannot respond as her mouth and hands are tied. Vyom’s goons notice Karan’s arrival and wonder how he reached there. They hide.
Lakshmi makes noise with her bangles. Karan observes that the wall looks freshly constructed. He understands that Lakshmi is inside and tries to break it but fails. The goons come to stop him. Karan misleads them by saying he is leaving, but then attacks them and breaks a part of the wall. He finds Lakshmi inside and tells her not to worry, assuring her that he will save her. The goons attack him from behind, but he overpowers them and rescues Lakshmi.
Pandit tells Dadi that Karan has many problems in life, but his horoscope shows that the “problem-solver girl” has already arrived. A goon is about to stab Karan, but Lakshmi comes in between and gets stabbed. Karan beats the attacker. Hearing police sirens, he asks them to arrest the kidnappers and tells the inspector he will give his statement later before taking Lakshmi with him.
Dadi shows Lakshmi’s photo to the Pandit and asks if she is the girl. Pandit says he can read faces along with horoscopes and guarantees that Lakshmi is the one. He warns that Karan is safe only when Lakshmi is around; if she goes away, negative energies in the house will harm him. Dadi hopes Lakshmi returns home soon.
Later, Dadi asks Karan why he brought Lakshmi home instead of taking her to the hospital. Karan says he arranged an ICU setup at home and reminds her that Lakshmi risked her life for him. He asks if Lakshmi will be fine. Dadi recalls the Pandit’s words and assures him she will recover.
Bhavani asks Vyom how Lakshmi escaped. Vyom says their goons were caught. Bhavani says they cannot get exposed. Vyom tells her to handle the situation at home while he manages things outside.
Karan asks the doctor why Lakshmi hasn’t regained consciousness. The doctor says they are trying their best and that tonight is critical. Dadi tells Karan that prayers work more than medicine and asks him to participate in the pooja at the temple for Lakshmi’s wellbeing. Karan says he doesn’t believe in such things. Dadi insists he do it for Lakshmi, as she believes in God. Karan thinks, Get well soon, Lakshmi. I can’t see you like this.
