The episode begins with Jia removing her Imarti disguise and transforming back into Jia. She happily dances with her friends, relieved to shed her false identity. Meanwhile, Lakshmi, disguised as a server, sneaks into the party. She watches Jia enjoying herself and thanking her mother for arranging the celebration. Jia confides that after a long time she finally feels free, admitting how suffocating it was to live as Imarti. She adds that this time she has prepared a solid plan. Recalling her past move, Jia smirks that she once tricked Lakshmi with the “cosmetic surgery” story and even managed to send someone to jail. Determined, she vows to take her revenge on Lakshmi now. Unaware of this, Lakshmi fails to overhear Jia and Gayatri’s conversation. The manager grows suspicious and questions Lakshmi since she is not part of the catering team. Quick-witted, Lakshmi tricks him and escapes.
Later, Jia returns to Karthik’s house. She is stunned to hear the same song she had danced to at her mother’s party. Shocked, she demands to know who is playing it. Lakshmi switches on the lights and questions Jia about her whereabouts. Jia lies that she went to the temple. But Lakshmi confronts her, saying she saw her at Prema’s house dancing happily, and asks her to stop the drama. Jia pretends she is not Jia. Lakshmi challenges her, asking if that is true, then why did she meet Prema. Jia covers up, saying she only met her mother after discovering the truth years later. She tells Lakshmi to stop doubting her and walks away. Lakshmi, however, is convinced Jia is lying and decides to expose her in front of everyone.
In her room, Lakshmi finds Karthik waiting with a rose. He surprises her with a dress and asks her to wear it. Lakshmi comes out dressed in a white frock. Both Karthik and Lakshmi, clad in white, share intimate romantic moments and consummate their love. Watching them from the window, Jia burns with jealousy.
The next morning, Jia slips while picking up a bowl. Lakshmi notices that she doesn’t appear to be in any pain and grows suspicious about her pregnancy. Later, Jia is seen telling her mother over the phone that they must stay cautious, as Lakshmi had followed her last night and even reached their party. Soon after, Lakshmi arrives with a nurse, claiming she came to administer a multivitamin injection. She instructs the nurse to take Jia’s blood sample and secretly asks her to conduct a pregnancy test and send her the report.
Meanwhile, the family discusses preparations for the baby’s cradle. At the same time, Lakshmi receives the pregnancy report and is shocked to see it is negative. Realizing that Jia is faking her pregnancy, she storms in and confronts her. Lakshmi demands that Jia leave the house immediately. When Karthik questions her, Lakshmi reveals that Jia has been pretending to be Imarti just to enter their lives and that she is not even pregnant. She shows the medical report to Karthik and the family. Jia is left stunned and speechless.
