The episode starts with Karan calling Swetha while driving the car and asking her if Lakshmi has come to her place. Swetha says no. Karan wonders where Lakshmi has gone.
Lakshmi sees Karan’s car passing by through the window. She bangs on the car window, but Karan doesn’t notice her and drives away. Lakshmi feels helpless inside the car and struggles to survive as it fills with smoke.
Jia comes to Krish. Krish tells Jia that once they kill the baby, he will start his life with Lakshmi. Jia apologises to Krish in her heart, as there is a breach of contract from her side. Jia thinks that Lakshmi will die due to suffocation in the car.
Jia puts the baby in the car, and Jia and Krish push the car down the road. Thinking about the baby, Lakshmi gathers her strength, breaks the car window, and escapes. She leaves, desperately searching for the baby.
Lakshmi wonders where the baby is. She hears the sound of the baby crying and notices the car rolling down the road. She tries to open the car door but sees that it is locked. Lakshmi tries to place a rock in front of the car tyre to stop it, but her attempt fails.
At the Kapoor mansion, Jia drinks champagne, thinking to herself that she has gotten rid of Lakshmi and the baby. Lakshmi appears in Jia’s room with the baby and greets her. Jia drops the champagne glass and asks Lakshmi how she is there, as she was supposed to be dead. Lakshmi tells Jia that she thought Lakshmi was dead. Lakshmi reminds Jia that she had taught her many times that good always wins over evil.
Lakshmi comments on Jia, saying that if a baby calls for her mother, she will come to her child no matter where she is.
It is shown that when Lakshmi prays to God, a tyre comes under the car, causing it to slow down. Lakshmi gets into the car and uses the hand brake to stop it.
Lakshmi confronts Jia, saying that Jia wanted her to die. Lakshmi tells Jia that the Lakshmi who was meant to die is dead, but standing in front of her now is Lakshmi—the mother.
Jia asks Lakshmi what she is going to do next and whether she is going to kill her. Lakshmi pours champagne on the floor and sets it on fire. She tells Jia that she should not have expected the alcohol she was drinking to celebrate to become the reason for her death. Lakshmi leaves and locks the door from outside.
Jia shouts for help. Lakshmi sings a lullaby to the baby. Jia begins to suffocate due to the smoke and loses consciousness.
Lakshmi says in her heart that this moment will remind Jia of the sins she has just committed. She thinks that this is the fire of karma, and it will not be extinguished easily.
