The episode begins with Jia believing Lakshmi is dead. However, Lakshmi opens her eyes and grabs Jia by the neck and warns her. Jia, terrified, flees the scene. Lakshmi thanks Raghuveer for saving her just in time. A flashback shows Raghuveer catching Lakshmi when Karthik threw her off the balcony.
Lakshmi tells Raghuveer that the person who pushed her didn’t feel like her Karthik—his expression was lifeless. Raghuveer agrees, saying even when he spoke to Karthik, there was no emotion in his eyes. Lakshmi suspects Jia has done something to him.
Jia looks at her hypnosis pendant, thinking it’s her ultimate weapon to win Karthik. She mutters that no one must discover her secret. Gayatri overhears and questions her. Jia brushes it off and insults Gayatri. Gayatri then tells Jia that Karthik pushed her and went to sleep, and asks if Jia is involved. Jia avoids answering and walks away.
Lakshmi tells Gayatri not to trust Jia and reveals that Karthik pushed her off the balcony. She’s sure Karthik wouldn’t do such a thing. Gayatri refuses to believe her and tells her to leave the house if she’s so troubled.
Later, Karthik wakes up. Lakshmi keeps her distance. When Karthik notices her fear, she reminds him of what he did last night. Karthik insists he doesn’t remember anything and argues with her before storming off.
While exercising, Karthik drinks a protein shake and loses consciousness.
Jia then uses the pendant to hypnotize Karthik again and commands him to kill Lakshmi. Lakshmi secretly witnesses this and realizes Jia is behind Karthik’s murderous behavior. Jia hears a noise and checks the cupboard but finds nothing. Meanwhile, Lakshmi, who was hiding, thinks she must separate Jia from Karthik to break the hypnosis.
Lakshmi searches for Karthik but doesn’t find him in his room. Unknown to her, Jia has hidden Karthik and plans to unleash him only when it’s time to kill Lakshmi.
Lakshmi goes to Raghuveer’s house. When Veda asks where she was, Lakshmi lies that she went to the office. Veda later requests a bedtime story, and Lakshmi narrates one, putting her to sleep.
Raghuveer then questions Lakshmi’s sudden visit. She reveals that she now understands Karthik’s behavior—Jia hypnotized him. Shocked, Raghuveer advises her to stay with him until Karthik recovers. But Lakshmi refuses, determined to save Karthik herself.
Episode ends.
