The episode starts with Lakshmi trying to call Karthik, but the call doesn’t connect. She then calls the landline. Gayatri picks up the call, but Jia cuts the wire. Lakshmi understands that Jia has realized she learned the truth. She hires an auto and leaves for home. Jia tries to leave the house to stop Lakshmi, but Karthik stops her and asks her to stay home, saying they need to leave for the hospital.
The auto gets punctured as Prema instructs her men to put needles on the road. Lakshmi tries to get a lift. Prema sees Lakshmi and recalls how Jia asked her to stop her. Prema asks her men to do the job. They start troubling Lakshmi. Lakshmi tries to escape but gets caught. She fights back, beating them with sticks, and says, “Tell your madam that you failed to kill me and I’m coming to face her.” Prema watches everything from her car. She decides to end Lakshmi’s life herself and tries to hit her with the car. Just then, Mata Rani’s chunri falls on Prema’s car, making her lose control, and she meets with a slight accident. Prema calls Jia and informs her that Lakshmi escaped. Jia scolds her and says she is coming.
Jia puts pillows on the bed to make it look like she is sleeping, then escapes from the window. Lakshmi, running, feels suffocated. Sanjana enters Jia’s room with food and notices she is not there. She rushes to inform Karthik. Meanwhile, Lakshmi thinks, “I’m not getting any cabs because of the strike.” She then sees Jia arriving. Lakshmi hides inside a bus. Jia also enters the bus and searches for her, but Lakshmi hides in the back seat. Jia leaves. Just as Lakshmi is about to step out, the bus starts moving. She asks the driver to stop, only to realize that it’s Jia driving the bus. Jia mocks her. Lakshmi demands Jia stop the bus, but Jia says, “I won’t let you go home.” It is then revealed that Jia saw Lakshmi entering the bus through the auto mirror. They get into a scuffle.
Meanwhile, Karthik searches for his phone and finds it under the pillow. He turns it on and wonders where Imarti has gone. Lakshmi keeps asking Jia to stop the bus, but Jia doesn’t listen. Karthik calls Imarti/Jia and asks where she is. Jia closes Lakshmi’s mouth and replies, “I’m at the temple, coming home,” before cutting the call. Jia then tells Lakshmi to leave Karthik. Lakshmi replies, “Let’s die together.” Jia gets scared, distracts Lakshmi, and then throws her out of the moving bus. Then Jia sits in driver seat and controls the bus. She thinks she has killed Lakshmi. She stops the bus and feels happy.
