The episode starts with Mannat shouting for help. Gagan assures Roni that nothing will happen to Vikrant. He calls the doctor to check Vikrant. Mallika worried about Vikrant. She fears that Vikrant may ate the cake which she poisoned. Mannat gets emotional seeing Vikrant’s state. Mallika feels guilty for Vikrant and searched for her mom to take a help. Aishwarya thinks that no one is able to save Sunita from her hand. Mallika comes there. She informs her that she did a big mistake today. She doesn’t know what to do? Aishwarya thinks that Sunita escaped today. She will definitely take her life asap. Meanwhile, Puneet apologized to Nikhil parents. He asks them to go back to the hotel to take a rest. His father says to Puneet that Vikrant is his family now. They will stay there. Puneet assures him to update to him everything. He adds that they are already tired because of the party. Nikhil parents leaves from there. Puneet asks Raveena what’s going on here? How is he often falling sick. He even met with an accident recently. Raveena says that they are paying for their deeds. Neetu would have understood the pain of seeing their loved ones hurt. Neetu thinks that she has to call her doctor to check Vikrant. She fears that it’s the side effects of the medicine she given to him.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya lashes out at Mallika for poisoned the cake. Mallika apologized to her mom. She admits that she thought to frame Mannat for it and using this incident to kick her out of this house. She thought that this poison only create a food poison to Anu and Nikhil. Vikrant won’t spare Mannat after this incident. She even checked the side effects of this medicine. It will only create food poison. Aishwarya says that poison is poison. How could she expect it to affect only little. Doesn’t she see the blood coming from his nose too. Mallika fears to get catch. Aishwarya warns her that Neetu won’t leave her if something happens to him. She is crazy for Vikrant. She won’t perform her wedding with him instead she will send Mallika to the jail. Mallika pleads with her to save her. Aishwarya asks her whom prepared this cake? She mentioned Mannat’s name. Aishwarya says that she was with him last. We can frame Mannat for his state and kick her out of this house. Later, Mannat worried about Vikrant. She thinks that those who knew her secrets and falling sick.
Neetu asks Aishwarya to give her phone. She wants to call the doctor. Neetu informs the doctor about Vikrant’s state. She adds that Vikrant has a nose bleed. She fears that it’s the side effects of the medicine. He assures her to visit him asap. Meanwhile, Aishwarya asks Mannat what is she waiting for? Didn’t she get enough? Gagan asks her what’s she doing? Aishwarya lashes out at Mannat for Vikrant’s state. Mannat says that she didn’t do anything. Aishwarya complaints that she is taking revenge on Vikrant. He got sick after ate the cake. Roni says that everyone ate the cake but nothing happened to them. Only Vikrant fell sick. Gagan complaints that she is accusing Mannat baseless. She is cunning that’s why she is accusing everyone as cunning. He is giving fitting reply to Aishwarya. Mannat says that she won’t harm Vikrant. Roni and Gagan are supporting Mannat there. Aishwarya says that they don’t know much about her but supporting her blindly. Mallika asks Mannat doesn’t she prepared two cake but she asked Vikrant to taste the first cake. Neetu learns from the doctor it’s a food poisoning she has to take care of his diet. Aishwarya accuses Mannat again. Harneet comes there and informs her that she fainted after ate the food she given to her. Mannat says that she didn’t give any food to her. Gagan says that why should Mannat harm her aunty? She won’t get anything by it. Someone is plotting in this house. The doctor warns Neetu not to give the extra doze to Vikrant. He got a side effects of this medicine. Mannat hears it and confront the doctor but he refuses to reveal. She is determined to find out the truth.
