The episode starts with Mannat checking Vikrant’s photo. She thinks that he is a good person. She received a message from the doctor. She is happy read that her mom got a matching donor. She thinks that she has to arrange money for her surgery. Why didn’t mom informed her about it. She may be worried about the money. Mannat scolds her mom for hide it from her. She is shocked to see her fainted. She calls everyone for help. She calls the doctor to check her mom. Meanwhile, Vikrant removed his ring and watch to fresh up. Aishwarya steals his ring. She informs Shalini that she got his ring size. She asks her to buy a couple rings. She thinks that Shruthi saw her. She has to fix their wedding and leave from India before Shruthi confronts her. Later, The doctor says to Mannat that she needs an immediate liver transplantation. Mannat says that he informed her that she got an donor. The doctor says that she took time to answer him so someone else got that donor. Mannat asks him how could he give that donor to someone else. He would have informed her about that donor instead of mom. He says that if anyone is exist from her family then she can take their help to find a matching donor.
