The episode starts with Aishwarya accusing Mannat would have added something in Mallika’s food. Vikrant asks Aishwarya to stop framing Mannat instead call the doctor to check Mallika’s health. Mannat says that Aishwarya is right she added something in her food. Vikrant asks Mannat to stop joking she won’t do anything like that. Aishwarya demands Mannat to say what have she added in Mallika’s food? Mannat asks Mallika to say it or else she will do it for her. She shows a fake concern to Mallika and says that she can explain it. Mannat says that Mallika felt guilty and want to take her life by committing suicide. She can’t accept the way Vikrant rejected her. She took the tablets but she didn’t died. As a friend of her she fulfilled her wish. Mannat says that if a person take this high dosage tablets they hardly escape from the death. At least they will be in under observation in a hospital. Mallika manages to escape from the death and eating with us all. She may Roni asks Mannat if she trying to say that Mallika faked her suicide? Aishwarya asks him how could he suspect Mallika for this Mannat’s words. She added something in her daughter’s food.

Mannat provokes Mallika and says that he doesn’t care about her death at all. She will go near the god and she is helping her to fulfill her last wish. She added the tablets in her food. Mallika asks Vikrant to call the doctor she don’t want to die. He didn’t eat the tablets. She flushed out the sleeping pills and eat the normal vitamin tablets. Everyone is shocked to hear it. Mannat gives an allergic injection to Mallika. Mannat reveals to her that she didn’t added any sleeping pills in it but an allergic things. She is her bestfriend so she knew what she was allergic to or not?
Mannat says that she wants to make her feel the pain of those children whom begged for their lives. They went through more pain then her. Aishwarya blames Mannat for it all. Shruthi asks Mannat when will she expose Mallika’s fake wedding truth. Mannat says that he faced many betrayal. She doesn’t know how will he handle everything.
