The episode starts with Punit giving a tough challenge to Mannat. Aishwarya asks Mallika if she likes Vickrant’s company. She says that he is fun. But they have common interest on Mannat. He is also feeling that she is talented one. Aishwarya scolds her for taking her name in front of him. She says that she has to talk about them instead of Mannat. Vickrant says that it’s over let’s leave. Meanwhile, Mannat trying her best to chop the vegetables. The time is up. Punit says that she didn’t finish the work on time. He says that she doesn’t deserved to be a chef here. She can’t work here by wearing those bangles. As a woman she can run her own kitchen instead of a restaurant. He talks about her background and humiliated her. Mannat gets provoked. She asks him how he is saying that she can’t do it. He isn’t givibe a chance to her to prove herself. She asks him to give her a chance. He humiliates her against by pointing her gender. She says that he can’t compare her with a man. It’s a male dominating field so he can’t accept a woman working here.
Punit says that she came here in recommendation that’s why she can’t prove her talent here. She is thinking that she will get everything easily but it’s wrong. She can’t work here. Mannat says her inspiration woman names there. She says that they would have faced the same humiliation from a male dominating field but they over came it and become a famous chef. He has to give a chance for that. She says that woman’s are taking care of the kitchen in home. They are cooking food for the family members. Doesn’t he feels their food are tasty. When the guest come they used to cook food for them easily. He is thinking that a woman can’t cook in a restaurant. It’s wrong. He has a wrong opinion on a woman because of his male ego. She leaves from there. The doctor calls her to inform about the test results. Mannat thinks that the result is positive but he says its negative. She didn’t arranged money for her mom’s surgery yet. He asks her to arrange it asap. Mannat thinks that she needs this job at any cost. She is ready to fall on his feet for it.
Mannat tried to talk with Punit. He lashes out at her for come there again. He says that she isn’t allowed in this kitchen. He demands her to leave from there. Mannat walks away from there heartbroken. Vickrant comes there and ask Punit about the selection? Mallika asks him if he selected Mannat? He denied it reasoning she isn’t talented. He lies to him that she burnt the food and cuts her fingers. She isn’t selected. She thought that everything is easy because she came here in a recommendation. Mallika says that it’s not right. It’s unfair. Aishwarya smirks at her. Vickrant says that he is right nothing will get easily. Mannat is heartbroken and shares everything with her mom. Shruti consoles her. She assures her that god will help her. Meanwhile, Vickrant asks Mallika if she thinks that Punit isn’t fair with Mannat. She nodded to him. Mallika praised Mannat’s talent in front of him. He agrees to give a chance to her. Mallika thanked him. Mannat shares her fear with Harneet. She assures her that she will get a job today. She attended a interview but the owner says that she was rejected by Punit it means she lacks something. She shouldn’t have mess with him. Punit says Aishwarya why did she rejected Mannat. She is a talented one. Aishwarya says that she is a poor girl. She doesn’t have a background. They are the people whom use rich people for their advantage. They will shine with their money. She doesn’t like a poor people.
