The episode starts with Mannat asking Dhairya how could he be naive? He is a very good person. Dhairya says that he isn’t a good person or acting like a mahan. Neetu isn’t his biological mother but she is like his mother. He is doing everything for his mother. He adds that Mannat didn’t ask money to Vikrant at all. She asked money to singhaniya for a loan. She will repay the money to him. Vikrant doesn’t have any rights to humiliate her like this. Mannat says that she couldn’t accept the way he humiliated Dua and Dhairya. He consoles her. They heard the helicopter sound. Dhairya says to Mannat it seems Vikrant left Indore.
Later, Vikrant returns to his house. Mallika alerts Aishwarya. She pretends like talking with a client on the phone. She says that Mezbani has a good image outside. They won’t take risk with its safety. There was a small accident in Mezbani but it won’t affect the image of it. She is pretending to be defend Vikrant and his Mezbani. Vikrant greets her. She apologized to Vikrant for being rude with him last time. Vikrant says that he was in a bad mood last time so he bursted out in anger. Mallika hugs Yuvi. She asks him why is he angry? Doesn’t Yashika take a good care of him? Yuvi says that she took care of him. But Buddy is very bad. He shouted on him for a poor girl. Vikrant taunts him. He complaints that he won’t support him when he was wrong. He has to learn what’s right or wrong. He threatens Yuvi not to talk with him again if he repeat the same mistakes. Vishaka asks him who is that woman? Vikrant says that it doesn’t matter. Yuvi was wrong in it. He sends him to his room.
Aishwarya guessed that it’s related to Mannat. She says to Vishaka that Vikrant shouted on Yuvi for Mannat. It’s not a good sign. Vishaka says that she has to find out what happened there. Vikrant asks Kumar to keep an eye on Mannat. He wants to know every details of her. Yashika thinks that Vikrant isn’t ready to leave Mannat. Later, the doctor checks Neetu and inform Mannat that she needs immediate surgery. She worried about money. The doctor asks them to shift Neetu to Mumbai reasoning they won’t get an advanced treatment in Indore. His friend running a hospital there. He will give discount to them. Dua says that mom don’t like Mumbai but she has to go there for Neetu’s sake.
Vishaka pretends like cares for Vikrant. She inquires him what happened in Indore. She creates a scene and emotionally blackmails him not to go back to Mannat. She can’t loose him again. He assures her that he won’t look back at those betrayers. Later, Yashika is provoking Yuvi against Vikrant. She is using him to get close with Vikrant. Meanwhile, Mannat decided to shift to Mumbai. Guddi says that her friend house is there. They can stay there till Neetu recovered.

Precap; Yuvi elope from the home. Mannat helps Yuvi to return to his house. Vikrant hugs Yuvi. He is shocked to find out that Mannat helped Yuvi.

Mannat decided to return to Mumbai for Neetu’s treatment. Destiny is slowly bringing Vikrant and Mannat close together. Many misunderstanding between Vikrant and Mannat. It may be the time to unveil the secrets one by one! How will Mannat react seeing Arzoo? Will she recognise Aishwarya is Arzoo?
