The episode starts with everyone dancing in Ramvati’s birthday. One by one, everyone gives gifts to Ramvati. Ramvati looks happy. One of the masked men sees everything from far with a gift in hand. He also gifts Ramvati. Once the dance celebration is over, Sanjana thanks Sajan, saying they all enjoyed a lot. Sajan suggests Sanjana that they should go to the office a little late. Sanjana gets confused. Bhupesh mocks Sajan, which leads to an argument between them. Ramvati decides to open her gifts. She complains about not having nails, so Chedy goes to help her. Ramvati makes face at him.
Chedy falls unconscious after getting attacked by one of the gifts. Sanjana screams. She then urges Sajan to call an ambulance. Just then, Chedy gains half consciousness and explains he couldn’t able to wake up and then loses his consciousness. Ramvati cries hard and then suggests giving CPR to Chedy, but Kashmira scolds her also refuses to allow her to do CPR for Chedy. Bhupesh and Balu refuse to help Chedy with CPR, so Sanjana orders Sajan to do it. Sajan refuses, which leads Sanjana to threaten him. Sajan gives CPR to Chedy and also removes the snake poison from him. Chedilal gains consciousness. Everyone gets relieved. Sanjana expresses her gratitude towards Sajan. Sajan looks upset.
Kashmira questions who sends snakes in that gift box. Everyone ends up telling the gift they gave for Ramvati. Sajan says when he counted, there are totally ten members but now there are only nine people here who shock everyone. Everyone wonders who that tenth person is.
Later, Kashmira is seen talking to her aunt over a call. She loses her cool, so he threatens her aunt and then cuts the call. Sajan questions her actions. Kashmira reveals to him her plan to apologize to her relatives. Sajan advises Kashmira not to blame herself for everything. Kashmira ends up accusing Sajan of the reason behind Chedy’s attack. Sajan scolds her. Kashmira gets possessed by her Dadi. Sajan questions her for defending Kashmira always. Kashmira’s Dadi says she is Kashmira’s Dadi, so she will take Kashmira’s side only. Sajan seeks her help to find out the masked man’s real identity but ends up getting beaten up by Dadi.
The next day, Sanjana meets Sajan at the office. Sanjana expresses her fear and worries with Sajan about the masked man. Chedilal joins them both inside the lift. Both Sajan and Sanjana receives call from the masked man, but they both don’t answer it.
Here, Kashmira sees Balu giving money to a snake caretaker and asks him not to tell anyone about any of this. Kashmira feels it’s Balu who attacked Chedy, so slaps him and also lashes out at him. Balu gets shocked. Bubby arrives there and inquires what happened. Balu explains to Kashmira about Bubbly’s weird habit, which Kashmira refuses to believe at first. She then apologises to Balu for suspecting him. In the office, the masked man threatens both Sajan and Sanjana. Sanjana says to Sajan that they have only one option to take the police help, but Sajan worries.
Precap: Sajan goes to meet Chedilal at a restaurant disguising himself as a woman. Chedilal flirts with him, which Kashmira and Ramvati see from far. Ramvati cries when she realises that Chedilal kissed a disguised Sajan.
