The episode starts with Sanjana telling Roma to inform if Sajan arrives there. Roma informs Sanjana that Sajan is approaching the room. Sanjana puts up an act infront of Sajan pretending to be a man who is interested in Roma. Roma also act along with her. They both then pretends to notice Sajan there. Sanjana informs Sajan her plan to marry Roma also asks him to knock her room with May I Come In Sir instead of May I Come In Madam. Sajan obliges then leaves the place.
Sajan in the washroom wonders why it’s happening to him. He feels heartbroken so calls Khiloni who reminds him about his advise to focus on Kashmira but Sajan cries and says it’s not easy for him to erase Sanjana’s memories. Khiloni cries along with him but his assistant threatened to inform his wife.
Sanjana calls out Sajan from outside the washroom urging him to come out and help her with office works. Sajan comes out and gets shocked seeing Sanjana’s face is full of cream. She then keeps herself busy in her phone after asking Sajan to help her with the upcoming meeting. Sajan leaves the place.
Sajan returns home. He gets shocked seeing Kashmira wearing a short skirt. She starts dancing but Sajan imagines her as a man who is having a mustache so he becomes immovable. Ramvati who watches everything from her hiding spot praises Kashmira’s look. Kashmira sits beside Sajan but the latter remains shocked so she gets annoyed and asks Sajan why he is behaving this way. Sajan tells her that he imagines her as a man which shocks Ramvati also upsets Kashmira.
Sajan meets his friends for drinks. He tells them his decision to change his gender because now Sanjana become a man so he is going to become a woman. Both his friends gets shocked. Khiloni says that Sajan would look beautiful. Sajan scolds him. Sanjana arrives there. She asks Sajan and his friends to pour some alcohol for her too. Sajan and his friends gets shocked but fulfills Sanjana’s demand by giving her alcohol. Sanjana acts like man in front of them and says to them that they should spend time in the club the next day then leaves. Khiloni’s assistant arrives there and threatens Khiloni for having drink by going against his wife’s order but Sajan manipulates him so he leaves from there.
Chedilal expresses his happiness of meeting his friend Vinod Khanna. Vinod tells Chedilal about his dream about him turning as woman. Chedilal laughs and shares with Sanjana. Sanjana says such dreams are really a nice one and talks about Chedilal’s sacrifice to give her a good upbringing being a single parent. Chedilal gets emotional then leaves from there followed by Vinod.
Sanjana hears Sajan’s friend is crying so asks him the reason. He informs her about Sajan’s decision to change his gender. Sanjana gets shocked but decides to stop Sajan at any cost. In the hospital, Khiloni tries to change Sajan’s mind before operation but Sajan remains stubborn in his decision while waiting for his turn for operation. They both discusses about the future. Sajan gives Kashmira’s responsibility to Khiloni then goes to the operation theater. Meanwhile, Sanjana and Sajan’s friend are on their way to the hospital.
Precap: Kashmira gets upset by Sajan’s weird act. Sajan faces Kashmira’s questions for buying a sandal worth one and half lakh. Later, Sanjana informs Sajan that her footwear is nowhere to be found.
