The episode starts with Bilawal questioning about Akki being able to speak suddenly instead of being mute since birth. Shlok starts his acting and thanks God for returning back Akki’s voice. He tells Akki to once call him Chachu and the latter looks at Sumeet. When Sumeet allows, Akki calls Shlok. Sumeet hopes they do not get caught because of Shlok’s overacting. Shlok hugs Bilawal and says he had kept Mannat to go to Ajmer Sharif in India if Akki’s voice comes back. Bilawal asks why he chose India specifically and tells him to go to any of dargahs in Pakistan instead.
Bilawal tells no one from their family will ever go to India. Sumeet says its about own wish and it would be cheating if Mannat is not fulfilled. Dadu supports Sumeet and tells about even him wishing to go to India once. Naaz says she has heard that there are cancer specialists in India. She says about dadu having cancer and no more responding to there medicines. Sumeet says there are lots of good doctors in Delhi and she can give contacts. Bilawal says he will take dadu to US but not to India.
Even Zainab supports going to Ajmer Sharif for dadu’s well being. Pankhuri smirks seeing Priyanka . Priest asks Poonam to offer veil to Bappa but she misses Shlok and Sumeet. Raj promises her that they will be back soon as he is preparing to go to Pakistan. Raj and Rajiv with Priyanka and Anju put up veil on Bappa. Poonam denies to eat Prasad. She says about it being already five days already and she takes oath not to consume food till Shlok, Sumeet and Akki return back safely to home. Bilawal strictly denies going to India and says he doesn’t trust Indians.
Zainab says Bilawal not to stop dadu because his doubts. Sumeet says in India guests are treated as God and respected as well as loved. Bilawal tells about losing his brother because of India but Sumeet keeps debating with him and explains about feeling of enemity creating more hate. Sumeet thinks once Ganapati festival ends in four days, Bilawal will send her back immediately so she has to do something to make them agree to go to Ajmer Sharif. Sumeet tells Naaz that if something happens to Dadu they will feel guilty later.
Shlok and Sumeet talk to each other and worry if Bilawal will agree to go to Ajmer. Shlok feels guilty and blames himself for all the troubles. Zainab comes there looking for Adil. Naaz comes and says she has some news to tell them. Priyanka tells Raj to convince Poonam to break her fast. Everyone in market start bad eyeing her because of her leaked video. Priyanka wonders what’s happening around. Naaz tells everyone that she has convinced Bilawal to let them go to Ajmer and even she will go with them. Sumeet thinks something is suspicious. The episode ends with Bilawal saying they can go to Ajmer after Adil and Naaz get married.
