The episode starts with Shlok’s sisters questioning Sumeet why she filed fake complaint againt Poonam. They blame her for not understanding emotions related to mother as she doesn’t have mother. Sumeet tells them not to doubt her intentions and she can never do this Poonam. She asks them to inquire Shlok as she was with him. But Shlok doesn’t side with Sumeet. He says he is not sure of what the truth is and only wants to save Poonam from jail now. Sumeet says to take her along as compliant is filed by her name so she will take it back and free Poonam from jail.
Raunak praises Shagun for her plan. She comes to police station and acts to side by Poonam and says she is very good lady. Shlok’s sister in law defends Poonam and says she treats her daughter in law like daughter and moreover Sumeet is not even married to Shlok so she cannot file domestic violence charges. Shagun tells Raunak to keep eye on Sumeet and not let her remove the blame from her of sending Poonam to prison. Shlok and Sumeet come in lockup and Poonam hugs Shlok saying she doesn’t want to stay there.
Sumeet tells that the complaint has been fakely registered on her name and she will give her statement to senior inspector and immediately free Poonam. Sumeet goes and tells inspector that complaint was not filed by her. Raunak provokes Shlok and says since Sumeet has come to their life their life has become hell. Shlok sides with Sumeet and says she was with him since morning. Sumeet asks inspector to change her statement and also let her hear the recording of call who filed complaint using her name. Raunak thinks if she hears it she will know it’s Shagun’s voice.
Sumeet sees Raunak signing constable and understands he is trying to do something. Once constable goes to show the statement to Raunak ,Sumeet sees it and thinks she needs to follow him to find out what he is doing. Constable tears of the statement report wrote for Sumeet. She also overhears the recording of complaint sent and realises it was Shagun’s voice. Constable says Raunak he helped him on marriage night and has been helping him to hide his wrong deeds. Raunak tells him not to blackmail him and he will give more money.
Sumeet hears constable saying that he has recording as well as papers as evidence which can show Raunak and Shagun’s true faces. Raunak attacks constable and takes the paper from him and destroys the phone with recording. Shlok gets Poonam released from jail and goes to inspector. He gets shocked when inspector tells Sumeet has not given any statement. Sumeet overhears Raunak saying that report is proof of him being arrested on marriage day and was in lockup for two hours . He thinks to tear it and Sumeet thinks to get it so tha she can prove her stance that Rauank was not in marriage altar. Sumeet snatches the report from Raunak and the episode ends.
