The episode starts with Nirmal asking Meet to tell his fortune. Meet asks Nirmal to see in the oil. Meet sees that it is Nirmal in the oil reflection. Meet says she knows Nirmal made a lot of crimes. Nirmal asks Meet how did she know his name? Meet says she also knows that he and Laila poisoned Meet Ahlawat. Meet asks Nirmal what is the name of the poison? Nirmal feels something fishy and denies it and tries to escape from there. Meet goes after Nirmal.
Raj says to Meet Ahlawat that he trusts Meet will find the name of the poison and says after he is injected with the antidote he will be completely cured. Meet Ahlawat also says he trusts Meet. Babita feels she can’t even recall when they ate together the last time. Hoshiyar also agrees. Meet Ahlawat says they are going to eat the food together today. Raj asks Meet Ahlawat to take a rest and says they can do it after he is cured. Meet Ahlawat says he will also feel happy eating food together with them. Ragini also pleads with Raj. Raj agrees.
Pratap calls Ishani and asks her if Meet saw the photo he gave. Ishani says she didn’t. Pratap says she will send the photo. Ishani waits to see the photo. The phone slips out of her hand and falls in the ground. Neelam picks up the phone and gives it to Ishani. Neelam leaves from there. Ishani sees the photo of Pratap and Neelam. Ishani asks Pratap whose photo did he send. Pratap says it is the woman who deceived her. Ishani asks Pratap to do exactly as she says.
Meet catches Nirmal and questions him what is the name of the poison. Meet beats up Nirmal. Nirmal suddenly has spasms and dies infront of her. Meet understands that Nirmal is poisoned seeing Nirmal’s symptoms before dying. Meet thinks who is the one that poisoned Nirmal. Neelam is shown to be disguised as an old woman. It is shown when Neelam runs into Nirmal. Nirmal apologises to Neelam thinking he accidentally ran into her. Neelam gives him poisoned food saying it is Hanuman Ji’s Prashad. Nirmal eats Prashad. Neelam thinks Meet will never know the poison’s name. Neelam thinks to herself she did the right thing by following Meet here as she found out Meet came here for Nirmal.
Meet goes to a side and calls the police and tells them to come here. The police reach there and take over the crime scene. Ishani comes and asks Meet what happened. Meet says Neelam poisoned Nirmal but she doesn’t know how. Ishani says Neelam is more dangerous than they imagined. Ishani says to Meet that the one who deceived Pratap is Neelam. Ishani also shows the photo of Pratap and Neelam together as proof. Ishani also says Neelam is not raped and the father of Neelam’s unborn child is Pratap. Pratap says Neelam threatened him if he told this to anyone else she will kill their unborn child. Meet thinks why is Neelam doing all this? After talking to Pratap, Meet understands Neelam has already targeted Meet Ahlawat from the beginning. Meet understands Neelam lied to them so that they will think she is a victim and she knows someday her truth will be out that’s why she is acting like she has a split personality disorder. Meet thanks Pratap for telling all these things to them. Ishani asks what are they going to do now. Meet says Neelam played a lot and fooled us now it is time for her punishment.
The whole Ahlawat family eats lunch together. Meet Ahlawat says a joke and Hoshiyar laughs at his joke. Raj sees all the family members happy and thinks if Meet also comes it will be good. Meet returns to the Ahlawat family. Babita asks what happened? Meet says she tried a lot but she couldn’t get the name of the poison. Everyone feels sad hearing this. Meet Ahlawat encourages Meet not to be discouraged. Ragini asks Meet Ahlawat to feed him. Meet stops Ragini and says to Meet Ahlawat that he can’t eat this kind of heavy food until he is cured. Ragini apologises to Meet. Meet Ahlawat says he will eat this food. Ragini feeds him hearing this.
Meet hugs Meet Ahlawat and cries to herself. Meet Ahlawat encourages Meet. Meet says someone poisoned Nirmal right infront of her eyes. Meet says this is definitely Neelam’s doing. Meet says she got to know the truth about Neelam today. Meet says what she got to know from Pratap to the Ahlawat family. Meet says Neelam is not raped and says Neelam deceived Pratap. Meet says coming to this house is part of her plan. Babita says Neelam is dangerous as she can use rape as a lie to deceive them. Babita says Neelam has no bottom line. Meet says she will never allow Neelam’s goals to come to fruition.
