The episode starts with Shlok remembering Sakshi’s words to ask Sumeet to give up playing Dhol so that he can fulfill his dreams and not get overshadowed by him. Shlok hears multiple voices instigating him for and against his decision. He is about to pick up Sumeet’s dhol when suddenly she enters the room and asks what is he doing alone in darkness. She has mehendi applied on her hands and asks Shlok help to pull up chain of her suit. Sumit says that she posted photos of her mehendi on her social media a while ago and it got thousand of likes.
Sumeet says she has been playing Dhol since childhood as she loves it but she never thought it can make her famous and become her career. Shlok asks Sumeet if she can give him something very valuable. The latter says if it gives him happiness she can surely give. Shlok thinks of Sakshi’s words to tell Sumeet to give up playing Dhol. But he doesn’t tell it to Sumeet. He asks her to rest well as she has fast next day. At midnight, Poonam prepares food for Sumeet and Anju as they have karvachaut fast.
Poonam says she will feed kheer to Sumeet by her own hands. Sumeet feels emotional missing her mother and says since childhood she always missed the taste of kheer fed by Meet and finally got it now. Raj comes there and Poonam teases Sumeet to smile or else he will misunderstand. Raj hugs Sumeet and says he brought gifts for everyone. Sumeet tells him to give Priyanka’s gift to her in room. Raj gifts bangles to Priyanka and she says she always wanted to keep the karvachaut fast. Raj mistakenly drops the bangles box and Priyanka says its a bad omen and hope their marriage doesn’t have any problem.
Raj recalls Pankhuri’s accusations. He asks Priyanka what if they cannot get married. The latter cries badly and says for first time she has trusted someone so if something goes wrong she will die. Raj consoles her and says he was just joking. Sumeet asks Raj to tell reason behind his worry. But when Raj is about to tell her the truth, Pankhuri comes there and stops him to say anything. All the ladies of Chowdhury house do rituals of Karvachaut while listening to story of Satyavan and Savitri from dadi.
Sumeet thinks both Raj and Shlok are tensed about something but nothing telling her. Raj gets pulled aside Pankhuri who asks him if he was about to say truth to Sumeet. She tries to make Raj feel more guilty and manipulates him using Sumeet’s name. She threatens to kill herself if the truth comes out. Raj says he will tell truth to Priyanka. Sumeet gets call from Sakshi’s principal to meet her caretaker. Shagun is shown there. Sumeet hurriedly reaches the location. Sakshi comes to meet Shagun and says they should go for celebration as they have created misunderstanding between Shlok and Sumeet on karvachaut. The episode ends with Sumeet seeing from far and finds Sakshi with Shagun. Shagun tells Sumeet how everything happening is her plan.
