Meet 3rd May 2023 Written Update: Mahendra stops Sarkar from attacking Meet

The episode starts with Manmeet telling Meet today is a special day. Meet asks why? Manmeet tells today he will speak his heart out to Meet. Meet tries to speak but Manmeet puts a finger on her mouth then tells he knows Meet must be having so many questions about him falling for her. But just like her, he also slowly fell for her then kisses the side of her forehead. He then tells Meet that he thought he is in love with Shagun but after Meet came into his life he realised the true meaning of love. Manmeet tells the true love is that they will not think twice to kill someone to protect their partner. He then joins his forehead with her. Manmeet then thanks Meet for making him realise the true meaning of love then confesses his love. Meet gets emotional. Manmeet asks Meet to tell him that she loves him too. Meet tells she loves him so much. Manmeet gets happy.

Sarkar watches Manmeet and Meet from far. He points his gun at Meet. Mahendra stops Sarkar saying Meet will die but they will lose Manmeet too. They both then decides to do something to seperate Manmeet and Meet then goes inside. Manmeet takes Meet with him. He tells her during their marriage he vowed not to let her feel happiness ever. He apologies to her saying he wanted to take revenge hence he took such vow but requests Meet to give him another chance to take pheras again to take marriage vows. Meet smiles and gives permission to him. Manmeet and Meet takes pheras around a nearby fire. Manmeet tells Meet that he will love her always also before taking any decision he will make sure not to hurt her feelings. He further says he will put her happiness first and do everything to make her happy. During last vow Meet goes forward and says she will protect him and die before him. Manmeet refuses then tells her they both live and die together. Meet smiles. Manmeet takes Meet in his arms. Meet gives a kiss on his cheek.

The next day, Yashoda expresses her worry about Swapna who is in labour to Gunwanti. She then asks Meet to bring tea. Manmeet troubles Meet asking her to tell her where they can go for honeymoon. Meet fools him then goes to serve tea to Yashoda. Yashoda and Meghna teases Manmeet. Anuja informs Swapna’s labor pain started so all of them rushes there. Sarkar instructs Yashoda to be prepared to welcome their heir and hope’s it’s a boy child. Manmeet gets sad and tells Meet in every family out there they all are happy to welcome the baby despite its gender but here in Sarkar Mahal all are scared. Swapna gives a birth to the baby. Nurse congratulates the family members saying it’s a girl baby. Sarkar insults Narendra and asks him to bring the womens to kill the baby saying it’s the rule of Sarkar Mahal. Narendra remains silent. Sarkar forces him.

Meet tries to approach Sarkar but Manmeet stops her. He then announces that he become an uncle and tells Sarkar the entire world is changing then why can’t we? He also adds that nowadays girls give tough fights to boy and brings happiness and pride to the family so pleads Sarkar to accept Narendra’s daughter. Sarkar shouts at Manmeet saying neither him nor the Sarkarpur rules will change for anyone. He then blames also calls insulting name by Meet saying she is the reason behind Manmeet’s change in behaviour. Manmeet tells Sarkar that he accepted Meet as his wife. As a husband he won’t let his wife face insults shocking Sarkar. He also tells Sarkar that he will not go against Sarkar’s words too but as they have difference of opinion and Sarkar isn’t ready to change his mind he is willing to leave the house with his wife Meet. Sarkar gets shocked but then he asks Manmeet to leave with Meet the Sarkar Mahal shocking everyone.
