The episode starts with drunk Ashok teaching everyone to make human pyramid. Rajiv gets annoyed and complains about Ashok being unable to make them practice as he is drunk. Shlok says who can help them is his father ,Anand and they have faced all the problems alone but now he has to come. Poonam gets scared thinking of the consequences. Dadi says its time to call Anand home and tells Shlok to do so. Poonam drops the teacup in fear. Shlok takes the phone and calls him. She tries to stop Shlok from calling but he tells that Anand has already received the call.
Ashok talks to Shlok pretending to be his father and tells him to take training from some trainer as he has too many responsibilities on his shoulder. Sumeet wonders why Poonam is so worried about Shlok talking to his father. Shlok tells his father to come home as it’s been three years and if he still cannot come they he will cut off ties with him. Ashok tells he will try to come and breaksdown emotionally. Shlok gets happy thinking his father is finally coming home and they will win the task.
Ashok feels guilty of giving false hope to Shlok. Poonam goes to meet him and tells how will someone who is not in the world come back. She cries and says she has been hiding the truth about Shlok’s father being dead for his well being and they have to keep doing so. They get shocked to hear some noise and sees Sumeet hearing their conversation. Sumeet feels emotional hearing them. Priyanka comes to Raj’s room to take the card Pankhuri had sent for him. She takes the card and is about to leave when Raj suddenly enters the room so she hides.
Raj sees her veil hanging near gate and mistakes there is a thief,he pulls the veil and Priyanka falls in his arms. They share an eyelock and she lies that card belongs to Vani and Raj smiles teasingly. Poonam tells Sumeet about death incident of Anand and how she has kept the truth hidden because when Shlok had almost lost his mental state when they saw Anand in critical condition. She tells at last moment, Anand made Poonam give a promise to keep the truth to about his death hidden from Shlok till he becomes strong enough to handle the truth.
Poonam tells Anand died on day of Janmashtami. Ashok and Poonam tell how they have been lying to family members for the past years and Ashok sends letters as well as talk on call pretending to be his brother Anand so that no one in the family know the truth. Shlok wears his father’s t shirt and recalls incident about how their father broke pot for them when they were children. Sumeet asks if Shagun knows the truth. Shagun tells Raunak that she will make truth come out so that Shlok goes in depression and disturb his mentally. Shagun’s sent goons try to provoke Shlok using father’s name. Shlok loses his temper and gets into fight with them falling unconscious. The episode ends with Sumeet and Poonam coming to Shlok.
