Zee TV’s popular show Meet stars Ashi Singh and Shagun Pandey in lead roles. Meet Hooda is a strong-willed young girl from Haryana whose story is told on the show. Currently the show is gearing up for major twists and turns.
In the previous episode, Meet binds Manmeet’s hands, feet, and mouth. Manmeet exerts great effort to free himself. Outside, Gunwanti, Imarti, and Swapna wait. Swapna experiences nausea and departs.
Imarti follows Swapna behind. Imarti questions whether she should tell everyone about Swapna’s pregnancy. She believes Yashoda will determine the gender of the child, and if it is a boy, she will forfeit her status in the household. Meet lights an agarbatti, filling the room with smoke.
She says that she is trying to create a romantic atmosphere. Manmeet starts coughing. Manmeet faints. The following morning, everyone eagerly awaits news of Meet and Manmeet’s suhagrat. Shagun brings sweets to celebrate Manmeet’s victory.
Everyone proceeds to Manmeet’s room. The phrase “I am Meet’s husband” is written on Manmeet’s hand. Meet refers to it as a suhagrat gift for him. Meet takes a sword and places it around the neck of Meet. Meet claims she has nothing to lose, so she is fearless.
Later, he burns the sword and his hand in order to eradicate Meet’s name. Meet asks him to empathise with the women who are forced to write the names of their spouses on their hands. Sarkar orders Yashoda to evict Meet from their residence.
