Zee TV’s popular show Meet stars Ashi Singh and Shagun Pandey in lead roles. Meet Hooda is a strong-willed young girl from Haryana whose story is told on the show. Currently the show is gearing up for major twists and turns.
In the previous episode, Shagun arrives with a kurta for him to don. Manmeet’s shirt is already visible to her. She claims Raj and Babita gave her this kurta as a bridal present for Meet and Manmeet. She instructs Manmeet to take off his kurti and put on the one she has brought for him. Manmeet claims he donned it because it was in front of his eyes.
Shagun questions him if he will marry Meet if she remains in his sight. She cries as she embraces him. She claims she is unable to tolerate Meet with her Manmeet.
Manmeet reassures her. Manmeet later links Sarkar and Meet’s gadbandhan.
Meet is praised by Gunwanti and Swapna. Mahendra believes Meet is winning the affections of the ladies of Sarkar Mahal while also changing the house rules. A video of Meet and SP Bhati is shown on the television.
Meet is slapped by Shagun. She says that Meet and SP Bhati are having an illegal affair. Guests refer to Meet as characterless. Manmeet claims he made the film out of rage during Holi. Shagun requests that he not defend his actions. She advises him to take the recording to court and file for divorce from Meet.
In a flashback, Sarkar gives the video to Shagun and instructs her to defame Meet. Bhati refers to all of this as Manmeet’s ruse. Sarkar claims that Manmeet adores him and his family and that he did all of this for them.
He says that he accepted Yashoda for Manmeet’s sake and then defamed Meet in return. Meet breaks down in tears. Sarkar instructs Manmeet to spread the word so that no other woman will try to be independent like Meet.
Manmeet claims that he has no one else but Sarkar and that he cannot bear to lose him. Meet criticises Manmeet’s actions. She accuses Manmeet of slandering her character. Manmeet requests that Meet leave Sarkar Mahal and enjoy her life.
He remembers Sarkar threatening to abandon him if Manmeet refused to defame Meet. Manmeet claims that he exacted revenge on Meet by defeating him in the wrestling battle. Meet refers to him as a fool for whatever he did. Manmeet claims that no one is above Sarkar in his eyes, and he plans to show it in court tomorrow.
In the upcoming episode, Yashoda gives divorce papers to Meet, asks him to sign on it and leave the place. Meet takes the divorce papers in her hand. She recalls Sarkar and Manmeet’s conversation and tears the divorce papers.
