The episode begins with Alka says Megha knows what Manoj will do after learning Arjun is alive. Megha asks Alka to tell Manoj that Arjun is alive. She drags Alka from there.
On the other hand, Manu coughs and enters the washroom. Aruna asks Manu to open the door. Manu comes out. Aruna asks him why he coughed so much. Manu replies it was just a normal cough. Aruna asks whether blood came out of nose when he coughed. Manu lies that nothing like that happened. Aruna asks Manu to tell her if anything like that happened then. Manu goes inside.
Aruna thinks Manu’s symptoms have not started yet, so she has time. She goes to Manoj and asks him to call a doctor for her. Manoj tells her it won’t be easy to call a doctor there. He asks Aruna to go to India for treatment. Aruna asks him whether he can’t even call a doctor for her when he is king of Bandipur. Manoj agrees to arrange a doctor. Aruna plans to tell that doctor about Manu’s condition and tell the doctor to perform surgery.
Megha comes there with Alka. Manoj asks what happened. Megha tells him Alka wants to tell him something. Manoj and Megha ask Alka to speak. Alka tells Manoj that food is ready. Manoj goes inside. Alka leaves from there. Megha follows Alka and taunts the latter. She says Manoj will ask why Alka did not tell him Arjun’s truth eight years back; that’s why Alka was silent.
Manu comes there calling, Maa. Alka asks him what happened. Manu says Megha is his real mother, and he hugs her. He adds Alka is a bad person like Manoj. He tells Megha there is a surprise for her. Megha leaves from there with Manu. Aruna sees Alka and thinks Alka disappointed her.
Manu gives his favorite teddy bear to Megha. Megha asks him why he is giving his favorite toy to her. Manu says Megha did so many sacrifices for him, so he will also do sacrifices for her. He reveals he read Megha’s letter. Megha hugs him and tells him she wants something else from him, not a toy. She tells him to close his eyes. She makes him wear flower jewels. She says she wants her daughter to live as a girl.
Aruna comes there and gets emotional seeing Manu. Megha tells Aruna they were playing. Manu tells Megha that Aruna helped him to save the latter. Megha says thanks to Aruna.
After some time, Manu asks why Aruna did not tell the truth to Megha. Aruna says they will tell them later. Manu calls Aruna “Papa. Megha hears this and gets happy. Manu asks Aruna whether they will stay together. Aruna nods at Manu. Megha gives thanks to God. Manu goes to the washroom.
Megha tells Aruna that the latter talked about his son. She says she has been living alone for eight years, and she wants someone to love and support her. She asks about Aruna’s son’s photo. Aruna gets shocked hearing this. Megha says it’s for time pass only. Aruna says she did not think Megha would forget her husband. She talks in Arjun’s voice and scolds Megha. Megha says her Arjun loves her so much. They hug. They realize Manu has not returned from the washroom yet and go to the washroom. Alka comes there. Aruna tells Alka that Manu is not opening the door. She breaks the door and finds Manu unconscious.
