The episode begins with Aruna putting Manu on the bed. Manoj comes there and asks what happened to Manu. They see blood coming out of Manu’s nose. Alka tells Manoj that surgery time has arrived. Manoj scolds them for not noticing Manu’s symptoms. Manu tells Manoj that he hid the symptoms from everyone because he thought everyone would be worried. Aruna tells Manoj to call the doctor.
After some time, Manu tells Megha that he wanted to become like her, but God won’t let that happen. Megha asks him not to say it like that. Manu says Arjun came late, and he could not play with his father. Arjun tells Manu that they will play together. Megha tells Manu that this Bandipur can’t defeat them. Arjun promises Manu that everything will be fine. He wonders how to hide Manu’s identity from the doctor.
Meanwhile, Alka recalls how Manu scolded her. She learns Manoj is in the godown and goes there. She tells Manoj that Manu is a girl, not a boy. She reveals Megha is just using Manoj for a bone marrow transplant, and Megha will escape with Manu and Arjun after surgery because Arjun is alive. She says she wants to get rid of Megha because Megha wants to snatch Manu from her.
Arjun tells Alka that she played well. Alka gets shocked seeing Arjun there. Arjun ties Alka to the chair. Megha comes there. Arjun tells Megha that she was right about Alka. Manu comes there. Megha asks Alka to meet Manu one last time. Alka asks Megha not to snatch Manu from her because she can’t live without Manu. Megha says Alka chose this.
Manoj’s men bring the doctor there forcefully. The doctor asks them what is happening there. Manoj tells the doctor to do surgery and get a lot of money. The doctor says he needs to do a checkup first. Manoj takes the doctor to Manu. The doctor asks them about Manu’s medical history. Megha tells him about Manu’s bone marrow transplant surgery. Manoj asks where Alka is. Aruna lies; she sent Alka to the temple. Manoj gets angry at Alka for going to the temple in this situation. Aruna suggests doing aarti for Manu’s well-being. Manoj asks Aruna to do whatever she wants. He says he will join Aarti for Manu’s sake. Aruna thinks she can’tin to the doctor about Manu’s identity if Manoj joined for aarti then.
After some time, Megha tells Aruna that the doctor is Bengali. Aruna understands what she should do. She starts doing aarti. Manoj asks why Aruna is singing in Bengali. Megha tells Manoj that language does not matter. Aruna, complete the aarti. The doctor says something. Manoj asks the doctor what Aruna said and what the latter replied. Megha tells him surgery is important now. Manoj tells her he doesn’t trust her. He asks why the doctor said he will do it. Alka comes there and says she will say what’s happening there.
