The episode begins with Meenu telling Arjun that he kept taking Megha’s name yesterday night, so she thought he missed Megha. Arjun tells her it’s not like that. She asks him to not die. She reminds him he called her Megha during the accident, and now also he called her Megha. She says they think about their loved ones during problems. He tells her Megha is not his wife but his pain. He says he takes Megha’s name when his wound pains. She gets emotional hearing this and tells him sorry.
He calls Megha. He notices Meenu’s phone is ringing. She disconnects the call and apologizes to Arjun for not putting the phone on silent mode. He asks her who called her. She tells him her husband called her. He asks her why she did not talk. She asks him how she can talk to her husband in front of him. He tells her to go out because he wants to sleep.
Megha calls Arjun and tells him she noticed his missed call. She asks him whether he called her or if it was a mistake. Arjun gets irritated hearing this. He tells her everything is his mistake, from loving her to trusting her. She tells him it seems like he called her to listen to her voice. She asks him whether he missed her. He tells her she did not miss him.
She tells him she misses him so much. She asks him to take her name, and she will reach him. He screams her name. He asks her whether she heard him. He tells her they are not together. She tells him they are together. He tells her she did not even come to meet her. She tells him about Navjot’s board. He tells her not to give excuses. She asks him to come to her or else call her to him. He disconnects the call (the Ranjha song plays in the background).
Arjun hears Navjot’s scream and goes downstairs. He asks her what happened. Navjot shows the CCTV footage. She tells him Megha is responsible for the brake fail. Meenu asks the time of the footage. Navjot scolds Meenu. She tells Arjun that Megha told the mechanic to do this. She says she will send Khuranas to jail. Sikandar calls the police commissioner on Navjot’s behest. Arjun tells Sikandar to disconnect the call. He says that’s not Megha, and he can recognize Megha easily. He tells Navjot that Megha won’t do this. He adds he will torture Megha, but he won’t hear a word against Megha.
Mukta asks Arjun to understand Navjot. She says Navjot lost her brother due to Megha, and Navjot doesn’t want to lose Arjun too. She tells him to call Khuranas there, and they will talk.
Later, Surendar and Ranjeeta enter the Talwar house. Navjot and Surendar argue with each other. Sikandar asks, Where is Megha? Ranjeeta says Megha went for a dance assignment. She asks Arjun what happened. Arjun says he wants Megha there. He shows the footage to them. Mukta says no one can call Megha. Arjun tells Mukta that he will call Megha. Mukta asks him how Megha can come when Megha is there already. She removes Meenu’s mask. Talwars gets shocked seeing Megha. Mukta recalls how she saw Megha’s face when Megha removed her mask. She asks Arjun to ask Megha what Megha is doing there. She says Arjun trusts Megha, but Megha betrayed Arjun.
