Episode begins with Megha asking Surendar whether he is feeling better. Surendar tells Megha that he is completely fine and this medical checkup was unnecessary. He says they can’t stay out like this when Manoj is in the house. Megha tells Riya to take Surendar with her, and she will bring medicine. Riya takes Surendar with her.
Arjun gets shocked seeing Mathew’s photo. He calls Megha and asks her when she knows Manoj. Megha tells Arjun she will deal with Manoj in her way. He asks her whether she did Manoj’s background check before the marriage. She reminds him he did it. He asks her from when Manoj is staying in Amritsar. She tells him she will handle her matter. He tells her something is fishy about Manoj. He asks her to meet him.
She tells him to stop making excuses to meet her. He asks her to not behave like a teenager. She tells him she has Manoj in her life to talk to her like this. She asks him not to call her again, or else she will block him. She disconnects the call. She buys medicine for Surendar and sees Manoj entering the room. She tries to enter that room, but the wardboy stops her, claiming the patient is inside. She notices the Nephrology Department board. She wonders what happened to Manoj’s kidney.
Meanwhile, Doctor sees Manoj’s report. He tells Manoj to come after 3 months for the next checkup. Megha hides before Manoj sees her. On the other hand, Arjun talks to a Mumbai police officer about Nurpur’s case.
Later, Megha gives medicine to Surendar. Surendar goes to the puja venue. Meanwhile, Manoj keeps his medical file in the suitcase and comes down stairs. Megha tells Kirpal to keep an eye on Manoj and make sure Manoj doesn’t come upstairs. She goes upstairs. She searched Manoj’s medical file in the room. And she finds the suitcase.
Manoj enters the puja venue and greets Surendar. He acts like Ravan and plays with kids. Ranjeeta tells Kirpal to call Megha. Kirpal tells Ranjeeta that Megha is busy. Manoj hears this and goes to the house. Megha opens the suitcase and clicks a photo of Manoj’s medical file. Manoj comes there and snatches his medical file from her. He asks her what she is doing. She asks him what happened to him. He pushes her and strangulates her. He tells her he is healthy. Kirpal comes there and asks Manoj to leave Megha. But Manoj pushes Kirpal.
Arjun comes there and beats Manoj up. Megha asks Arjun to not interfere. He tells her it’s an on-going investigation, and Manoj is the prime suspect. He says he wants Megha’s statement too. He drags Manoj from there. Ravan dahan happens. Manoj says Arjun is Megha’s lover; that’s why trapping him. He adds Arjun is misusing his power.
In the police station, Arjun shows Nupur’s photo. He asks Manoj where Nupur is and what the latter did with Nupur. Manoj says he doesn’t know that girl. Arjun slaps Manoj. He reminds Manoj that the latter married Nupur 7 years ago in Mumbai. Megha gets shocked hearing this. Arjun tells Megha that her and Manoj’s marriage is invalid. He asks Manoj where Nupur is. Manoj says he doesn’t know Nupur. Arjun shows Matthew’s photo.
