The episode begins with Megha sees Sikandar, but she could not see his face due to his mask. She tries to remove his mask, but he pushes her. Ranjeeta comes there and points a gun at Sikandar. She warns him to drop the gun. Megha asks Ranjeeta to not leave Sikandar. But Sikandar runs from there. Megha sees the doctor and shows the doctor to Ranjeeta. Sikandar calls Navjot and tells her he killed the doctor.
Megha tells Ranjeeta to call an ambulance. Ranjeeta tells Megha that there is no network. Megha asks the doctor not to worry. The doctor confessed that he found sleeping pills in KP’s body and KP did not commit suicide. He says he was removed from the postmortem panel. Megha records all this and asks him who removed him from the panal. But he dies. Ranjeeta calls an ambulance. She tells Megha that she won’t let the latter go to Talwar House. Megha says Arjun is there. Ranjeeta asks what she will do if anything happens to Megha then. Megha tells Ranjeeta that they don’t know the killer’s intention, and she has to protect Arjun from the killer. Ranjeeta asks Megha to take care of herself.
Later, Megha enters the Talwar house. Sikandar tells Navjot that Megha doesn’t know anything for sure. Shagun tells Megha that it’s not a hotel but a house. She scolds Megha for roaming outside the house. Megha goes inside without saying anything.
Megha recalls the doctor’s words and cries. She picks up Ranjeeta’s call and says she is not able to forget the doctor’s face. Ranjeeta asks Megha to calm down. Megha tells Ranjeeta that she is scared and she is not understanding what to do. Ranjeeta asks Megha to show the video to Arjun right now.
Megha goes to Arjun and hugs him. Arjun asks her what happened and why she is trembling. She tells him she is scared. He hugs her back. He asks her to say what happened. He gives water to her. She tells him to listen to her carefully. She says she wants to show him something. He refuses to see anything. She tells him it’s really important video. He tells her he doesn’t want to watch the video. She tells him it’s related to KP’s death. He warns her to stop it and leave. She asks him to watch the video once. He asks her when she will stop manipulating him. He screams. She leaves from there (the title song plays in the background). She hides her phone.
The next day, Sikandar asks what Megha is doing with the TV. Arjun asks Megha whether it’s necessary to start the drama early in the morning. Megha tells him she wanted to show him alone, but he forced her to do this. She says she has the final confession of the doctor who did KP’s postmortem. She plays the video and gets shocked seeing the dance video of her and Arjun. She tells Arjun that the doctor said KP did not commit suicide and it was murder. Shagun asks Megha to stop troubling them.
Megha goes to her room and wonders who deleted the video from her phone. She finds a piece of cloth on her table.
