The episode begins with Kabir putting a bandage on Megha’s leg. Megha screams in pain. Kabir asks her to learn to tolerate pain. He takes a painkiller. Megha asks him, What if that’s poison?” Kabir tells her she can go to any extent to stop this marriage, so he doesn’t trust her. He picks up a call and leaves from there. Megha follows him but loses him.
Kabir enters the hospital and asks the doctor to not stop his mother’s treatment. The doctor tells Kabir he is trying his best and leaves from there. Kabir recalls how the bracelet girl’s family attacked his mother. He holds his unconscious mother’s hand and tells her he won’t let anything happen to her. He wipes his mother’s tears and asks her to smile always. He tells her he will find the bracelet girl who snatched his father from him. He promises to make everything fine.
Megha wonders where Kabir went. She picks Police Officer Siddhu and learns that maybe Kabir’s mother is admitted to the city hospital. She reaches City Hospital. She sees Kabir’s mother and recalls the past. The nurse comes there and asks whether Megha knows the patient. Megha asks what happened to the patient. The nurse replies that the patient needs a kidney transplant. Megha asks about the patient’s family. The nurse says the patient’s son was with the patient a few minutes back. Megha goes out and realizes she can’t identify the patient’s son. She returns to the patient’s room and waits there. After some time, Megha tells the patient nothing will happen to the latter and leaves from there.
Meanwhile, Jasleen shows her outfits to Kavita and Trilochan. Kavita asks them to not forget the real job. Jasleen dreamingly says Kabir is really handsome. Kavita says Jasleen is pretty too, but they can’t forget their goal. Trilochan tells Jasleen to not forget the plan. Kavita picks up Manoj’s call and asks how he is doing. Manoj replies he is good if everything is going according to his plan, then. Trilochan asks Manoj not to worry. He notices Heer and asks her what she is doing there. Heer replies, Food is ready. Trilochan sends Heer from there. He asks Manoj whether this plan will work. Manoj says Megha can be defeated using emotions, so his plan is perfect. He adds they should send Megha to Canada at any cost.
Kabir tells Megha that she is in love with him; that’s why she followed him. Megha accepts she followed him. Kabir reminds her that her family supports him. Later, Jasleen and Kabir’s mehendi ceremony begins. Megha sees Sadanand mixing alcohol in his juice. She mixes alcohol in the juice. Kabir comes there. Megha smiles at him and gives juice to him. Kabir tells her the truth: she matches his level. He goes aside to pick up a call. Megha tells the waiter to give juice to Kabir. Kabir tells someone that he will escape from there if he doesn’t receive money today. The waiter gives juice to Kabir.
