The episode begins with Manoj showing a gun towards Megha. Megha tells him he won’t shoot her. He shoots Doctor. Arjun hears this, and he thinks he won’t let anything happen to Megha and the baby.
Manoj tells Megha that his baby will go with him. Megha asks him whether he thinks he can escape from there. She says Manoj’s game is over. He tells her they will go from there. He says he will kill her if she won’t go with him then. She tells him he won’t kill her because he can’t blackmail the police if he killed her then. He tells her he won’t kill her because he can’t kill his baby. He says only they know he won’t kill her. He ties her mouth and takes her out of the hospital. He tells Arjun that he needs his money, his passport, and a safe exit.
Arjun tells Manoj that he arranged everything, but the latter should not kill anyone. Manoj checks the money and leaves from there with Megha in the car. Arjun informs KP that Manoj left with Megha. He asks KP to execute the plan.
Manoj notices there is not enough petrol in the car. He realizes Arjun betrayed him and goes near the cliff. He gets out of the car. Megha unties herself and gets off the car. Arjun comes there with police. Arjun tells Manoj that the latter doesn’t have any other choice than surrender. Manoj tells Arjun to shut up. He threatens to kill Megha. Megha tries to go to Arjun. But Manoj drags Megha. Megha is about to fall off the cliff, but Manoj holds her. Manoj says he will leave Megha’s hand if anyone comes forward then. He saves Megha and scolds Arjun for betraying him.
Arjun tells Manoj that there was petrol in the car, but it got leaked. Manoj tells Arjun to not try to be oversmart. He says Megha will go with him no matter what. He adds Megha is still alive because she is pregnant with his child.
KP gets shocked hearing this. He asks Arjun what Manoj is saying. Manoj laughs and asks Megha whether she did not tell the truth to KP. He tells KP to say thanks to him. He says his story won’t end because his baby is inside Megha’s womb. He tells Megha that Arjun’s family won’t accept the baby. Megha tells Arjun that Manoj won’t kill her. KP shoots Manoj. Manoj says he will return for his baby and falls off the cliff. Megha hugs Arjun. They see KP. KP leaves from there. Megha asks Arjun how they are going to face everyone.
Later, dhol people play dhol. Navjot dances. KP sends dhol people from there. Arjun and Megha come there. Navjot asks KP what happened. KP reveals Megha is not pregnant with Arjun’s child. Everyone gets shocked hearing this. Navjot is about to slap Megha, but Arjun comes in between them. Navjot asks Megha who the father of the baby is. Megha reveals Manoj is the father of her baby.
