The episode starts with Megha pretending to speak with someone on the call when a man looks at her. She then learns through the man about Manoj’s flat is in the 6th floor. So she goes there. She hides herself when she sees Manoj at the house doorstep. After Manoj goes inside, Megha hears Manoj speaking with Nupur about meeting her parents. He further says that he can’t able to see Nupur’s tears, so he is going to end her tears forever. Just then, Megha’s phone starts ringing, which Manoj hears it, so he comes out. But Megha hides, so Manoj gets confused. He tries to find who is outside but fails. He then goes inside another room. Megha uses that opportunity to enter his house. She gets shocked seeing the state of the house. She calls out Nupur, saying she came here to save her and searches for Nupur. Meanwhile, Manoj gets annoyed seeing the smoke. Security informs him that in order to end mosquitoes, they are doing these precautions. He further shows Manoj his house window, which has been open, so he suggests him to lock it. Manoj decides to close the window so he gets into an elevator to go to his house while Megha gets shocked to see something in the refrigerator. She then hides under the bed when Manoj enters the house. He locks the window and shouts at someone for not locking the window. He then gets furious when the phone starts ringing. Megha looks tensed.
Here, Kripal faces his mother Ranjeeta’s question about Megha’s whereabouts. Goldie complains how they all are trying to contact Megha by calling numerous times. Kripal shows his family members the voice message Megha sent to him. In which Megha asks Kripal to inform the family members that she is going to Delhi for some workshop. Kripal tells his family members to let Megha move on by keeping herself busy. He also complains to his family that everyone is unnecessarily treating him badly. Ranjeeta asks him not to think like that. Surendar tells his family that Megha is hiding something from them. Ranjeeta tries to console Surendar not to worry about Megha.
In Manoj’s house, security comes to his house. He has a conversation with Manoj. The latter asks the security to give him a water bottle which has been kept in the table. Security does the same, then he leaves from there. Manoj gets shocked to see the water level in the water bottle. He wonders who drank the water from his bottle. Megha, who is hiding under the sofa, gets worried, recalling having water from the bottle. But Manoj drinks the water, and then he receives a call from someone. He tells that person he has reached Mumbai. Also, he agrees to meet him in a place in a while. Megha hears everything. Manoj then leaves the house, so Megha decides to come out of her hiding spot, but Manoj returns, which shocks and worries Megha.
