The episode begins with Megha telling Arjun that they will give a good upbringing to their baby. She asks him to take rest because he is not feeling unwell. She gives head massage to him. Arjun falls asleep. Megha goes to Manoj’s room and searches for an antidote. She finds an antidote in the cupboard.
Manoj comes there. Megha gets scared seeing Manoj there. Manoj asks Megha what she is stealing. He asks her to give an antidote to him. Megha tries to leave from there, but Manoj holds her and twists her hand. Manoj snatches the antidote from Megha. He says he is not angry that Megha removed the nuptial chain and came to steal the antidote. He tells Megha that he is angry that she hugged Arjun in front of him. He asks Megha to tell the truth to Arjun. Megha tells Manoj that she will save both Arjun and the baby. She leaves from there.
Arjun wakes up and drinks water. Megha sees Manmeet. She calls Sonam and asks the latter to send a jacket. She thinks Manoj has no idea what will happen to him. She goes to her room and sees Arjun coming out of the washroom. She asks Arjun whether he is fine. Arjun tells Megha that he vomited due to a stomach infection. He asks her not to worry because he will be fine.
Later, everyone sits to have breakfast. Maid informs Megha that the latter received a parcel. Megha opens the parcel and takes the jacket out. Manmeet tells Megha that she was wearing this jacket in the early morning. Megha says she told Sonam to send this jacket for Manoj. Manoj wonders what kind of game Megha is playing now. Sikandar tells Manoj to wear the jacket. Arjun asks why Sikandar is excited. Sikandar says he is first time seeing lighting jacket.
Megha makes Manoj wear the jacket. Manoj murmurs to Megha to not forget Arjun’s life is in his hands. Megha tells Manoj she will also play a game. She asks Manoj to dance. She thinks she will ruin Manoj’s game. Sikandar plays music and Manoj dances. Manoj gets a shock. Arjun notices this and saves Manoj. Manoj faints. Sikandar says he will bring the doctor and leaves from there. Shagun tells Arjun to go and take rest. Megha tells Shagun to stay with Arjun. Shagun takes Arjun from there. Mukta also leaves from there. Megha searches for an antidote.
Arjun drinks a lot of water. He holds his stomach in pain. Shagun asks Arjun whether it’s paining so much. She wonders why Sikandar did not bring the doctor yet. She tells Arjun that they will go to the hospital. Arjun asks Shagun to call Megha.
Megha finds an antidote in Manoj’s pocket and takes it. She takes an injection and turns around. She gets shocked seeing Manoj there. Manoj tells Megha that her plan was good. He asks Megha what if he dies because she needs him to save the baby. Megha tells Manoj she knows he won’t die. She says she did all this to save Arjun’s life. Manoj tells Megha that’s not an antidote.
