Episode begins with Megha hiding from Manoj. Manoj leaves from there. Megha also leaves from there. She recalls the happy moments she spent with him. She also recalls how Arjun brought Nupur parents, and Nupur parents called Manoj Mathew. She calls Arjun and tells him that Manoj was in the flat. She says she saw Nupur also. Arjun tells Megha that he will meet her in a few minutes.
After some time, Arjun asks Megha why she went inside alone when he told her to not go. He asks her what if anything happens to her. He notices she did not listen. Megha asks him whether he said anything. He tells her she should not have eaten anything since yesterday. He gives ‘vada pav’ to her and says that’s famous in Mumbai. He asks her whether she talked to her family. She shook her head. He tells her to talk to her family because she will feel better. He asks her whether she found anything else.
Later, Megha tells Arjun that Manoj is Mathew. Arjun tells Megha that Nupur claimed her insurance money for Matthew’s hospitalization after getting disappeared. She asks him how that is possible. He tells her that’s weird. She tells him herself that Nupur and Amy failed to understand that weirdness. She says no one should become like her. She adds she will end Manoj.
On the other hand, Manoj searches for Megha in her room. Kirpal comes there and tells Manoj that Megha went to Delhi for dance workshop. He says he wants Megha to stay in Delhi permanently. Manoj snatches the phone from Kirpal and video calls Megha. He asks Megha where she is. Kirpal asks Megha to not say anything. Megha tells Kirpal that he knows she is in Delhi for the dance workshop. Manoj tells her she is lying. He says Megha must be with Arjun. He asks her to show her room. He twists Kirpal’s hand. She shows the room to him. He tells her to return soon from Delhi and disconnects the call.
After some time, Megha calls Surendar. Surendar asks Megha, Where is she?” She asks him not to get angry or worry. She tells him she doesn’t want to live in fear and suffocation, and she also doesn’t want her family to face problems because of her. She says she wants her father’s help. She tells him everything about Matthew and Nupur. He asks her to be careful because he will die if anything happens to her. She asks him to help her. He tells her he will help her for sure and disconnects the call.
Surendar learns that Manoj’s kidney transplant happened, and Manoj learns about it. Manoj pushes Surendar from the terrace. Surendar’s family comes there. Goldie tells Kirpal to call an ambulance. Manoj escapes from there. Meanwhile, Megha learns about Manoj’s kidney transplant. She wonders whether Manoj used Nupur’s kidney.
