Episode begins with in the past, Nupur calls her parents and tells them Matthew will kill her. She asks them to save her. Matthew hears this and scolds Nurpur for complaining about him to her parents. He reminds her she said she would give her kidney to him and he wants her kidney. She refuses to give her kidney to him. She tells him he betrayed her when she married him, going against her parents. She says Matthew lost his job and was enjoying her money and also beat her. She adds she won’t stay with Matthew. He asks her, won’t she love him? He hit on her head. He calls Doctor Vinayak and says kidney transplant surgery will happen today.
After some time, Matthew takes Nupur to Doctor Vinayak. He says Nupur is alive so she can give her kidney to him. He warns Doctor Vinayak not to try to run away when he loses his consciousness. In the present, Megha asks Manoj if Nupur is alive or if he killed Nupur. Manoj tells Megha that that’s a surprise.
On the other hand, Arjun asks Megha to open the door. He says he caught Doctor Vinayak, and Doctor Vinayak confessed everything about kidney transplants. He learns that Megha is not in her room. He wonders where Megha went and calls Megha.
Manoj disconnects the call. He asks Megha why Arjun is calling her. Megha tells Manoj that Arjun always came to save her whenever she ended up in trouble, so Arjun will come to save her today also. He tells her Arjun won’t come. He sends a message to Arjun from Megha’s phone. He claims Surendar fell from the terrace, so Megha is going to Amritsar in that message. Megha gets shocked reading the message. She asks him what happened to Surendar. He tells her Surendar is alive but injured.
Arjun gets shocked reading the message. He calls Ranjeeta and asks about Surendar. Ranjeeta tells Arjun that Surendar is in the ICU but surgery is over. She says she will call later and disconnects the call.
Manoj tells Megha that he will reveal the surprise now. He opens a room that is behind a wall. He asks her to go and meet Nupur. Megha sees Nupur in the ice box and screams. He tells her she learned his secret finally. She recalls how Nupur’s parents asked about Nupur from Manoj. She cries. He laughsmaniacally. He asks her not to get scared.
Hotel staff gives Megha’s scarf to Arjun. He says he found it while cleaning Megha’s room. Arjun asks hotel staff whether the latter booked a cab for the airport. Hotel staff says the cab will come in 30 minutes and leaves from there. He sees couple celebrating Karva Chauth. He calls Megha, but the phone is switched off. He sends a voice message to Megha in which he claims his feelings for her won’t change ever.
Manoj tells Megha that he wants her to celebrate Karva Chauth with her.
