Episode begins with Arjun saying his feelings for Megha won’t change and he will stand by Megha’s side always. He says police are behind Manoj and they will catch Manoj for sure, but that’s not special. He tells Megha she is free, which is special. He hopes he is with Megha right now. He says maybe Megha won’t hear this voice note, and even if she does, she won’t reply. He adds he feels like something is missing in his life. He says I love you to her and records everything.
On the other hand, Manoj makes Megha get ready for Karwa Chauth. He tells her she is Simran and he is her Raj.
Meanwhile, Ranjeeta completes her fast, seeing the moon and Surendar (the Karwa Chauth song plays in the background). She cries. Arjun dreams of celebrating Karwa Chauth with Megha. Manoj forces Megha to celebrate Karwa Chauth with him. Megha pushes Manoj.
Arjun calls Kirpal and asks about Surendar’s condition. Kirpal tells Arjun that Surendar did not regain consciousness yet, and Rajneeta is crying. Arjun asks Kirpal whether Megha reached there. Kirpal reveals they did not inform Megha because Megha is in Delhi for dance workshop. Arjun gets shocked hearing this and disconnects the call. He wonders who sent the message to her if Megha doesn’t know about Surendar then. He realizes that Megha is in Manoj’s custody. He calls a police officer and asks to bring his team.
Manoj tells Megha that according to law, Nupur would have announced dead after an year, so he planned to perform Nurpur’s last rites after that, but Megha ruined everything. He says now he has to wait for Megha too.
Arjun shows Manoj and Mathew’s photos to police officers. He says this person should not leave the city. He reveals they should raid Jeevan society too because there is a reason; that’s why Manoj is paying rent for the flat still.
Manoj tells Megha that he is paying rent for a dead body, but he did not have any other choice. Megha takes Manoj’s phone and calls Arjun. She screams she is in Manoj’s home. Manoj attacks Megha, and she loses her consciousness. Arjun hears everything. He tells police officers to surround Jeevan society.
Manoj ties Megha’s mouth and puts Megha near Nupur’s dead body in the freezer. He tells her to freeze. He runs from there to escape.
Arjun and police officers reach Jeevan society. Arjun reaches Manoj’s flat and knocks the door. He calls Megha. Megha regains her consciousness and hears Arjun. Arjun broke the door and barged into the flat. He searched Megha there. Megha tries to move and hits the freezer. Arjun hears the noise and confirms Megha is giving a signal to him. He picks up the police officer call and learns that apartment guy Golu was bribed by Manoj to distract the police. Arjun sees Manoj in the flat.
