The episode begins with Megha recalling how Navjot revealed the plan. She also recalls how Arjun promised to support Mukta always. She asks herself how she is going to save Arjun and their relationship. She says she became alone, and she is not understanding what to do. She requests God to do something. She hears a noise and goes near the crowd.
Meanwhile, one man talks like a child and pours kerosene on himself. People try to stop that man. Megha goes to that man and asks everyone to stop. She says that man just asked for food. She buys food and gives it to that man. That man turns around and smiles at Megha. Megha gets shocked seeing Manoj alive. She recalls her past moments with Manoj. She also recalls how Manoj fell off the cliff. She drops the food plate in shock. Manoj scolds her for dropping the food plate. He asks her what he will eat now. He tells her to bring food to him. Megha gets shocked seeing Manoj talking like a kid. Manoj calls Megha aunty. He says he is hungry and wants food.
On the other hand, Arjun tells Mukta to pick up the call. Mukta refuses. She says she keeps getting calls, and they ask her to spend the night with them. Arjun picks up the call and scolds them. He tells Mukta that he will bring a new SIM card. She asks him whether he can give new life to her because this life has been ruined. She cries, holding his hand. Navjot smiles seeing this.
Manoj gets scared seeing the van. He asks Megha to save him. Megha sees a mental asylum van. Employees tie Manoj with a chain, and they can Manoj from there. Megha wonders why Manoj behaved like that. She feels dizzy and faints.
Arjun says sorry to Mukta. He picks up the dhaba man’s call and learns about Megha’s faint. He gets the address and disconnects the call. He tells Mukta that Megha needs him and leaves from there.
After some time, Arjun reaches the dhaba. Megha hugs Arjun. He asks her what happened. She replies Manoj returned. She says she is scared. He asks her how that is possible when Manoj is dead. She tells him she saw Manoj. One girl shows the video, which she recorded. Arjun gets shocked seeing Manoj. Megha asks Arjun what will happen now. Arjun hugs Megha.
Later, the doctor tells Arjun that Megha needs complete rest and leaves from there. Megha asks Arjun why Manoj did not recognize her. Arjun says he doesn’t know what Manoj’s plan is. He asks her to not think about it and take a rest. He leaves from there. He tells his family about Manoj’s return. He gets details of the mental asylum.
Mukta tells Navjot that she will really commit suicide if she won’t get Arjun after doing all this then. Navjot says she doesn’t play to lose. She adds she can put the blame on Manoj after killing Megha. Mukta asks whether Navjot will kill Megha. Navjot nods at Mukta. Megha dreams about Manoj and gets scared.
