Episode begins with Manoj telling Megha that she is his life partner for all of his birth, and he won’t leave her. He says he will return for sure. Police officers take Manoj from there.
On the other hand, K. P. Talwar tells Arjun that he made coffee for the latter. Arjun says sorry to his father. K. P. Talwar says he should not have blamed Arjun for anything. He asks about Megha. Arjun says he did not talk to Manoj. He calls Sonam and asks about Megha. Sonam tells Arjun that Manoj returned.
Megha fixes the CCTV camera in her house. A lawyer asks Megha why the latter is scared when she is inside the house. Megha says Lawyer doesn’t know about Manoj. She shows the letter and phone that Manoj sent her. The lawyer says they can use those things against Manoj to get divorce.
After some time, Megha gets scared seeing the shadow. She uses pepper spray on Arjun without seeing him. Arjun coughs. She apologized to him. She says she thought Manoj was following her. She tells him Manoj returned. She washes his face with water. He stares at her (a Hawayein song plays in the background). She asks him whether he is feeling better. He nods at her. He asks her why she did not inform him about Manoj’s return. She tells him that he is not bound to protect her. She says Arjun would have lost his job for saving her. He takes her phone and saves his number on speed dial. He tells her to call him because she has rights and leaves from there.
Kirpal tells Surendar that they can’t miss the doctor appointment. Surendar says Megha will be alone, so he won’t go. Megha asks Goldie to take Surendar to the hospital. Surendar tells Megha that he is scared. Megha tells Surendar that everything is fine. Goldie tells Surendar that Kirpal will manage everything. She takes Surendar from there. She receives a call from an unknown number. Kirpal receives Riya’s call and tells her he can’t come to pick her up. Megha tells Kirpal to pick Riya from there. Kirpal leaves from there.
Megha locks the door and hears the doorbell sound. She asks who is there. She receives her recent photo on her phone. Light goes off, and Megha gets scared. She calls Kirpal and notices Kirpal’s phone there. She sees someone and asks who is there. She hears Manoj’s voice and gets scared. She runs to her room and locks herself there. She finds her marriage photos there. She calls her family, but no one picks up the call. Then she calls Arjun and tells him everything. She says Manoj is going to do something, and she is scared. Arjun tells Megha to not get scared, and he will reach her house soon.
