The episode begins with Arjun telling Surendar that he has to go to London to meet Dr. Bisht, who is a senior psychologist. He says he will try to convince Dr. Bisht to visit India. He adds he wants to know what game Manoj is playing. Surendar says Arjun is going to bring Dr. Bisht, which means Arjun believes Manoj is not mentally stable. He tells Arjun to get treated for thinking like that. Megha tells Surendar that they don’t have any confirmation; that’s why Arjun wants to bring Dr. Bisht to India.
Riya says Kirpal suffers because of Megha. Kirpal tells Riya that they will manage everything. Riya goes inside angrily. Arjun tells Surendar that it’s their responsibility to save both Megha and the baby; that’s why he brought Megha there. Surendar says this is what Arjun said in the past when Arjun left Megha there.
Arjun asks what Surendar wants to say. Surendar asks Arjun about the latter’s real motive. He says he has cancer, but he can take care of Megha. He adds he is not understanding why Megha goes to the Talwar house again and again. Megha says he loves Arjun, Surendar, and Kirpal so much, but they become each other’s enemies. She tells them to keep their ego aside. Arjun says he told Sikandar to keep an eye on Manoj. He adds Mukta will give food to Manoj.
On the other hand, Mukta gives candies to Manoj and tells him to share them with Megha. Manoj agrees.
Later, Surendar asks what’s the need to keep Manoj in the Talwar house. Riya says danger always follows Megha and shows Manoj to them. Megha asks Manoj how he reached there. Manoj recalls how Mukta told him to not tell Megha how he reached there. He tells Megha that he can’t tell that. Surendar and Kirpal try to throw Manoj out of the house. Manoj says he brought candies for Megha. Megha asks Surendar and Kirpal to leave Manoj. Surendar asks what’s the need to protect the devil. Megha murmurs to Surendar that they can’t spoil Arjun’s plan. Manoj tells Megha that he won’t stay in the Talwar house without her.
He gives candy to her. He calls Surendar a bad uncle. He noticed the cat died after eating candy. He screams there was poison in candy.
Megha struggles to breathe. Surendar tells Kirpal to bring the car. Manoj gives salt to Megha and tells her to eat. Megha vomits.
After some time, Navjot says Megha would have died. Mukta says, Let’s focus, Arjun. Manoj comes there and strangles Mukta. Navjot tells Megha to stop Manoj, else Mukta will die. Arjun beat Manoj’s head with a stick. He asks Megha why she did not stop Manoj. Megha tells Arjun that her mind was not working. She reveals she had poisoned candy. She says she is alive due to Manoj.
Arjun says Manoj is just unconscious and Mukta was about to die. Megha says Manoj said Mukta gave candies to him. Mukta says she gave candies to Manoj, but she doesn’t know what Manoj did with the candies. Arjun asks Megha whether she is fine. Megha replies she is fine. She recalls how Manoj saved her twice.
Later, Megha goes to Mukta’s room. Mukta says Arjun is not there. Megha says she can go to any extent for Arjun’s happiness. She tells Mukta that the latter is just Navjot’s puppetry. Mukta praises puppetry’s quality.
