The episode begins with Arjun entering his room. Megha back hugs Arjun and asks him to not leave her because she needs him. She says she is not understanding what to do. She apologized to him for not telling the truth to him. She says they will do what he decides. Arjun asks Megha to leave him alone, and he leaves from there. She follows him and tries to stop him. He pushes her, and she is about to fall from the stairs, but he holds her. She hugs him and asks him why he saved her. He tells her she called him. She asks him whether he will save her always. He hugs her.
On the other hand, Ranjeeta recalls Arjun’s words and enters the house. She sees Goldie and goes inside. Goldie wonders whether Ranjeeta saw her message or not. She calls Megha, but the number is switched off. Goldie comes there and learns that Ranjeeta did not see her message yet. She asks Ranjeeta what happened. Ranjeeta cries and tells Goldie that Megha and Arjun fought in the Manoj matter. Goldie consoles Ranjeeta, and she deletes the message that she sent to Ranjeeta.
Meanwhile, Arjun and Megha stare at each other. Megha scolds Arjun for not taking care of himself. She treats his injured leg. Arjun smiles. She asks him whether he will do it again. He nods and screams in pain. She asks him what to do about this pregnancy. He tells her he is not able to decide anything because it’s Manoj’s child. He asks her what Ranjeeta said. She recalls how Ranjeeta told her to abort the child. She tells him Ranjeeta said this child will affect their life. She asks him to ask Shagun once. He tells her no one should know about this because they won’t understand. He says let’s take some time to decide something. She agrees.
The next day, Megha prepares breakfast for Arjun. Shagun gets happy seeing this. Manmeet wonders why Megha did not reveal her pregnancy yet. Shagun tells Megha that she is thinking of talking to KP about the honeymoon of Megha and Arjun. Megha gets shy hearing this. Manmeet says Megha is glowing, so the honeymoon happened already. Shagun assumes Megha is pregnant and gets happy. She asks Megha whether Arjun knows. Megha gets shocked seeing Arjun there. Arjun leaves from there without saying anything.
Later, Megha tells Arjun that she did not say anything to Shagun. She says Shagun assumed because of Manmeet’s words. Arjun tells her she did not say she was not pregnant when Shagun asked. Megha asks him whether he already decided he doesn’t want this pregnancy. Arjun tells her to decide because it’s her body. They reach the hospital.
Megha tells Arjun to not come inside. Arjun tells Megha that he wants to stay with her. Megha says Arjun is doing this to prove he is a good husband. She adds Arjun doesn’t want this pregnancy, but he is not saying it. Arjun asks her to message him once her work is done. Megha goes inside. She tells the doctor that she wants to abort the child. Doctor gives form to Megha.
