The episode begins with Balwant attacking Megha, and she loses her consciousness. Arjun gets angry seeing this. He asks why Balwant brought Megha in between their fight. Then he beat Balwant up. Megha regains her consciousness slightly and thinks Arjun loves her still. She notices Arjun’s phone near her and recalls how Arjun used his phone to make police jeep siren sounds. She touched the button. Everyone gets scared hearing the police jeep siren sound and runs from there. Arjun goes to Megha and asks her whether she can hear him. He carries her and leaves from there (the Phir Chala song plays in the background).
Arjun admits Megha in the hospital. The doctor says Arjun should file a police complaint first. Arjun orders the doctor to start the treatment first. He reveals he is a police officer and knows the law. The doctor asks about Arjun’s and Megha’s relationship. Arjun tells the doctor that Megha is his wife and she is pregnant. The doctor tells the ward boys to take Megha inside. He says he will send Dr. Sudha. Arjun tells Megha that nothing will happen to her.
Dr. Sundha tells Arjun to get treatment and wait outside. Arjun tells Megha that he is waiting outside and goes out. He feels pain in his stomach and holds his stomach. He notices Waheguru’s photo. He recalls how Megha pleaded with Balwant for him. Dr. Sudha comes out and tells Arjun that Megha is fine now. She leaves from there.
Arjun goes to Megha (the Mera Pyaar Tera Pyaar song plays in the background). Megha asks Arjun whether he is fine. Arjun says both Megha and the baby are fine. Megha tells him nothing will happen to them until Arjun is with them. She says Arjun always comes in between her and her problem. Arjun tells her he can’t let anyone else torture her. He says only he has rights to torture Megha. Megha gets shocked hearing this.
Arjun tells her their story can’t end easily. He says he has to take revenge for KP’s death. He asks her not to think he saved her due to love. He gets up and falls down, holding his stomach. Megha calls the doctor. Arjun gets treatment. Megha comes there. The doctor tells Megha to go and take a rest in her room. Megha goes to her room. She asks God to protect Arjun always. Meanwhile, a girl takes unconscious Arjun in the wheelchair.
After some time, Megha wakes up. Shagun asks Megha, Where is Arjun? Megha says Arjun was in his room. Navjot says Arjun is not in the hospital. Megha goes to Arjun’s room. Navjot says Megha’s family kidnapped Arjun. Megha asks what Navjot is saying. Sikhandar scolds the doctor. Navjot says she is sure Megha’s family is behind Arjun’s disappearance. Megha calls Arjun, but the phone is switched off. Navjot tauntingly says only Megha is smart. Megha wonders where Arjun is.
Later, Navjot tells Sikandar to keep an eye on Megha. She thinks she has to defeat Megha. Megha wonders whether this is Navjot’s plan. Meanwhile, that girl takes Arjun somewhere and takes the knife.
