The episode starts with Ajanta shouting at Manoj for prioritising Mauli over Manas. Manoj tells Ajanta to give her share of property to Manas. He tries to leave, but Ajanta complains about the Agrewal’s man who doesn’t care about their partner’s wish. Manoj reminds her about Manas’s mistakes, but Ajanta tells him that even Janki maa forgave him for his mistake, then why not Manoj should forgive Manas too. Manoj tells her that Manas didn’t even attempt to get forgiveness from them. He also firmly tells that he has only one child that is Mauli, then he leaves. Ajanta fumes in rage.
Later, Janki gives instructions to begin the mehendi ceremony to Jyoti. Tanvi sees everything from the upstairs. Ajanta arrives there. She makes crude remarks about Mauli for not having a parent to perform this ritual, which shocks Janki, Jyoti, and Mauli. Jyoti seeks Janki’s permission to perform the ritual from Mauli’s side. Janki maa approves it. Both Tanvi and Ajanta get annoyed. Rahul arrives there, followed by the family members. They all take sides of both Mauli and Rahul. Akshay passes crude remarks against Vaibhav, but Mauli makes Vaibhav as her brother, which makes the entire family emotional except both Tanvi and Ajanta.
The mehendi ceremony of Rahul and Mauli begins. Rahul pretends to be happy, but Mauli senses his sadness, witnessing Tanvi’s absence. Mauli gets sad, too. Jyoti puts Mauli’s mothers kangan on Mauli’s hand, and she tells her that her mother is blessing her. Mauli gets emotional hearing it. Ajanta looks annoyed. The priest instructs Rahul’s parents to bless the couple. Vijay tells that he alone will bless them, and then he blesses both Rahul and Mauli.
Swara and Jyoti play dhol and sing songs, and the entire family joins them. Everyone happily dances except Ajanta. Meanwhile, Janki decides to put an end to Tanvi’s drama. But she becomes speechless seeing Tanvi in a black dress. Tanvi goes to where the entire family is, which leaves the entire family stun. Both Janki maa and Vijay shout at Tanvi for her behaviour. Rahul pleads with Tanvi to happily be part of his wedding. Tanvi firmly refuses. Ajanta hides her smile.
Swara advises Tanvi not to force their principles on their children and snatch their happiness. She pleads with Tanvi to be part of Rahul’s wedding, but Tanvi firmly refuses, saying that Rahul is ruining his life. Mauli asks Tanvi to give her a chance to prove that she is the right partner for Rahul, though she has so many flaws. She further says that no one can love Rahul more than her. Tanvi mocks at her. Mauli tells Tanvi that she will make any kind of sacrifices to prove it. Tanvi demands Mauli to give her the kangan, which belongs to her mother, shocking the latter and the entire family. Mauli recalls her words when Jyoti made her wear it. The entire family pleads with Mauli not to remove the kangan from her hand.
Vijay questions Tanvi’s demand, and he shouts at her. Rahul pleads with Tanvi not to do this with Mauli. Tanvi shouts at him. She also mocks at Mauli for her inability to fulfil her demand, and then she leaves. Jyoti advises Mauli not to give into Tanvi’s demand. Meanwhile, Ajanta meets Tanvi and tells her that she isn’t alone in this fight. She also badly criticises Mauli. She also praises Tanvi, saying that Mauli will never give her mother kangan. Mauli hears this all from outside, and then she holds the kangan with teary-eyed.
