The episode starts with the women of the family preparing for a ‘vrat’ that is supposed to be performed by the married women for the prosperity of the husbands. Mauli is helps Tanvi in household works. Jyoti prays to God for the acceptance of Mauli in the house. Janki maa comes to Mauli’s room and asks her to leave the house. She doesn’t want to hear words against the family. Mauli denies and says with the blessings of the family, she will get married to Rahul. Janki maa gets offended. Later she prays to God so that everything gets well in the family. Meanwhile a suspicious man is seen roaming around the house.
Vijay looks for Rahul and as he is not getting responded in the family, he decides not to respond to his father. Mauli convince him and he agrees. The women of the family are about to depart for the temple. All of them except Jyoti decline Mauli’s help in the preparation. On their way to temple, the man snatches Tanvi’s jewellery. Mauli captures and beats him. She gives the mangalsutra back to Tanvi who got physically hurt from the incident.
In spite of all these, Tanvi misbehaves with Mauli. Tanvi is unable to move but she is determined to go around the temple as this is a holy ritual. Mauli arranges a cart and Tanvi sitting on it completes the rituals. Jealous Rati puts thorny leaves under Mauli’s feet. Rahul comes on time and saves her from being hurt. Mauli scolds him and he replies that he doesn’t mind getting hurt while saving Mauli as he loves her. Mauli tears her dopatta and bandages him. Seeing them a lady blesses Mauli and says it’s rare nowadays to witness such love between a husband and wife. She wishes Mauli good luck and tells her ‘vrat’ is successful. This makes every woman of the family speechless.
Tanvi is taken care of by the family members. Jyoti tries to convince Tanvi that she will never get a woman like Mauli as her daughter in law. She even says if Rahul gets married to Rati, he will not be able to love her. Tanvi doesn’t give much attention to the statement. Mauli comes with medicine to treat Tanvi. Tanvi denies to take any help from Mauli as she feels Mauli is doing everything in order to please her and get her support. When Mauli tries to take a stand for herself, Tanvi brings up Mauli’s past that makes Mauli unable to say anything further.

Precap- Mauli will be insulted for being divorcee in a social gathering. Rahul will take Mauli’s side and will say out loud in front of everyone that he will marry Mauli.
