The episode starts with Janki expressing her disappointment about Tanvi’s pregnancy, which shocks Mauli. She also tells the family members that they should conduct a puja. She further asks Tanvi and Vijay about his kids’ feelings after this news. Rahul goes inside. Vaibhav expresses his disappointment to Janki in front of the family, and then he goes inside. Tanvi goes inside, too. Mauli and Manoj look worried.
Tanvi breaks down in her room. Vijay asks Tanvi how it has happened. He also tells her that the latter should be more cautious. Tanvi questions him back about the same. Mauli gets worried seeing their state, so she meets Rahul. She urges him to advise Vijay not to pressurise Tanvi, but Rahul refuses, saying that he has some important work to do. Mauli questions Rahul for lying to him. Also, his decision not to support Tanvi. Rahul vent out his frustration about the current situation with her. Also, he shares his disappointment and worries about his parents. He also shares his fears with Mauli, but Mauli assures him. She also encourages him to speak with Tanvi, saying that she needs him the most. Also, she will speak with Janki maa and convince her.
Mauli brings Rahul to the kitchen where Tanvi is working, so Mauli advises her not to do any work. She then encourages Rahul to speak with Tanvi. Tanvi apologises to Rahul, but the latter leaves give them an lame excuse. Janki maa calls out Tanvi, so she leaves from there. Tanvi meets Janki, who gives her things that she should have it during the puja. She further demands Tanvi not to take part in the puja because neighbours are also joining them. And she don’t want them to learn about her pregnancy. Tanvi gets hurt, so she goes inside. Mauli gets upset hearing it. So, she requests Janki to accept Tanvi’s pregnancy, but Janki rebukes her. Neighbours arrive there to take part in the puja, so Janki sends her inside to get ready.
Later, before the puja begins, the neighbours inquire with Mauli about Tanvi. Janki lies to them that Tanvi isn’t feeling well. But Mauli decides to bring Tanvi to take part in the puja, which irks Janki while others get shocked and worried. Mauli meets Tanvi. She encourages Tanvi to take part in the puja, or else she won’t take part in the puja, too. She brings Tanvi outside, which infuriates Janki. Akshay’s comment angers Vijay, so he scolds him. The ladies make God’s idol. Tanvi regrets her behaviour towards Mauli, so she apologises to her. Mauli lifts up her mood, which the entire family witnesses. Janki glares at Mauli. Tanvi gets worried.
Agrewal ladies perform a puja along with their neighbours. Janki maa asks others to hail God’s name, which everyone follows at the end of the puja. She then instructs the ladies to serve prasad to their husband’s and wives, which they all oblige. Manoj receives a call, so he approaches the doorstep, but one of the reports falls down, so he asks Mauli to pick up, saying it’s Tanvi’s pregnancy report. Mauli and the entire family, along with the neighbours, get shocked hearing it. Tanvi gets upset and worried. Manoj also gets shocked, realising the mistake he has made.
Precap: Vijay orders Tanvi to abort the child. Swara pleads with Vijay not to commit a mistake, but Vijay refuses to listen to her. He then receives a call and informs the family about Tanvi’s accident, which shocks everyone.
