The episode starts with Som decides to leave the veil of a disguised Gaura which worries both Gaura and Twinkle. Gaura expresses her pain to distract him. Som goes to bring the medicine box. Rekha also goes behind Som. Twinkle enters the room and urges Bindiya to leave the place immediately. Meanwhile Som blames himself for Twinkle’s condition then Rekha prays for Twinkle’s well being.
There, Twinkle in her mind decides to talk to Gaura nicely to make her leave the room. Som searches for the first aid box. Rekha gets frustrated realising that Som can’t hear her. Som then finds a first aid box. Rekha gets relieved. Meanwhile, Twinkle expresses her gratitude to a disguised Gaura for helping her then urges her to exchange her clothes then leave. Gaura leaves.
Som brings first aid for Twinkle but Twinkle assures him she is fine also asks him about their honeymoon plan. Som tells her that he canceled the tickets seeing her wounds. Twinkle cries. Som tries to calm her down saying they have to focus on her injury. Rekha feels bad for Twinkle for her honeymoon plan getting cancelled. Gaura hears Som’s worry for Twinkle and gets hurt. She then decides to leave the house before anyone notices her from Shukla’s house before anyone insults her.
Rekha finds Gaura and praises Twinkle about her sacrifices for her. Gaura decides to leave but Rekha questions her where is she leaving also inquires the reason behind her limping. Gaura gets upset and expresses her hurt to Rekha. She further tells her the importance of her decision to leave the house. Rekha gets shocked but decides not to stop her but demands her to give back her jewellery which she planning to give it to Twinkle. Gaura agrees to return then jewellery and leaves the place. Rekha follows her.
Twinkle in her room gets determined to go to honeymoon at any cost. Rahul arrives there. He mocks Twinkle then instigates her against Rekha. Twinkle shouts at him and makes him leave her room. She then gets determined to do something to Rekha’s spirit to get rid off her. Here, Gaura returns Rekha her jewellery then gears up to leave. Rekha feels sad.
Rekha takes Gaura inside the house using her power which upsets the latter. She also asks Gaura to stay until she sees Twinkle wearing her jewellery but Gaura refuses and pleads Rekha not to trouble her. Gaura takes the blessings of Rekha then decides to leave. Rekha decides to go back to the paradise after giving the jewellery to Twinkle.
Kanchan informs Ganga about the way Som taking care of his wife Twinkle. She then instigates her against a disguised Gaura saying that Twinkle’s maid may steal something from their house. Ganga asks Kanchan to open her room window from where she will keep an eye on everyone. Meanwhile, Som feeds Twinkle her food. Twinkle in her mind decides to do something to vanish Rekha’s memory from Som. Kanchan and Ganga sees a disguised Gaura leaving the house. They thinks she has stolen something so Kanchan stops her and demands her to show what’s in her bag. Gaura gets shocked and worried realising the things inside the bag is given to her by Kanchan and Ganga so wonders how to save her identity from getting revealed.
Precap: Kanchan demands a disguised Gaura to show her bags but Gaura refuses so Kanchan calls out Twinkle and other’s. Twinkle threatens Bindiya and demands her to leave. Gaura decides to leave but Kanchan pulls her veil and the former’s identity gets revealed shocking her and other’s.
