Star Bharat’s recently launched show Meri Saas Bhoot Hai is a horror comedy show which revolves around Gaura and her mother in law Rekha.
As Som and Gaura are married and Rekha has already become a ghost post her sudden death it will be interesting to see the equation of a ghost mother in law and human daughter in law.
In the previous episode, Som expresses his appreciation for the present. Som gives her a diamond bangle. Gaura continues to contact Som. Som declines the phone contact. Twinkle refuses to take the gift because they are unrelated. Som claims they are pals.
Twinkle believes that society will reject their relationship. Rekha claims that Som will shortly kick Gaura out of the house. Gaura declares that she will not depart.
Rekha informs her that she has a proposition for her. She asks her to remain and teach Twinkle how to do housework. Gaura discovers Twinkle’s identity. She claims she can’t see anyone else with Som and that she will win the affections of all the Shukla family members. Ganga confronts Gaura. Kanchan is terrified and asks Ganga to depart.
Gaura admits to Ganga and Kanchan that she had been chatting to herself. Ganga requests that Gaura prepare sustenance. Gaura says she’ll prepare khichdi. Twinkle has returned home. When she notices that her home is being decorated with red balloons,
Rahul arrives and wishes Twinkle a happy birthday. Gaura offers Ganga and Kanchan khichdi and roti because she forgot to prepare sabji.
Ganga requests that Gaura serve her raita. Rekha takes Gaura’s hand in hers and deposits the raita. She is arguing with Rekha. Everyone believes Gaura is fighting with Ganga because Rekha is standing right next to Ganga. Som shows up. He interrogates Gaura. He claims that he must discover a solution for Gaura.
Rahul advises Twinkle to forget Som and move on with her life because Som is unable to abandon Gaura. Rahul’s assertion is supported by Twinkle’s father.
Rahul expresses a desire to consummate his marriage with Twinkle. Twinkle requests that he give her some more times. Rahul concurs. He intends to tell Gaura about Som and Twinkle. Gaura interrogates Som. Kanchan claims that Rekha has taken possession of Gaura. Ganga is not convinced. Som questions Gaura about her authority to question him.
Gaura claims to have the privileges of a wife. Som claims he never granted her the rights. Gaura questions him about why he wedded her and ruined her life. Som advises her to remain within her boundaries. He claims he does not wish to speak with her. Gaura claims she’ll be staying in his room from now on. Som refuses to let Gaura in and shuts the door.
In the upcoming episode, Som calls Gaura. Gaura hits Som’s head with a vessel by mistake. Rekha gets angry and pushes Gaura’s head. Gaura gets to kiss Som again and again. Ganga sees it.
