Star Bharat’s recently launched show Meri Saas Bhoot Hai is a horror comedy show which revolves around Gaura and her mother in law Rekha. As Som and Gaura are married and Rekha has already become a ghost post her sudden death it will be interesting to see the equation of a ghost mother in law and human daughter in law.
In the previous episode, Gaura tells Rahul that he doesn’t have to sacrifice his happiness for her. Rahul vows to fight for Gaura’s happiness until his dying breath and would not allow her to sacrifice her spouse. He brings Twinkle to the house temple and tells her that he will marry her today by filling her hairline with sindoor. Rekha requests that Gaura stop Rahul.
Rahul’s plate of sindoor is dropped by Gaura. Rahul declares that he would never forgive Gaura. Rahul and Kanchan have left. Gaura tells Twinkle that she does not want to force Som’s love because Som is unhappy with her and she cannot bear the thought of him being unhappy.
Kanchan is critical of Rekha. Rahul expresses regret for taking Gaura with them. They leave without bringing Gaura. Som kisses Rekha’s photoframe and expresses his want for Rekha’s presence in his life. Rekha causes Gaura to fly through the air and land on Rahul’s car.
Kanchan reluctantly requests that Gaura sit inside the automobile. Twinkle calls Som and invites him to come see her right away because she has something wonderful to share with him.
Kanchan returns home and becomes upset upon seeing Rekha’s photoframe. She shatters the photoframe. Ganga is taken aback. Kanchan tells her everything that happened at Twinkle’s residence. Ganga is critical of Rekha.
Gaura and Rekha return home and are taken aback when they see Rekha’s photoframe. Kanchan, according to Rekha, is the only one who can do it. Ganga criticises Gaura and attempts to slap her.
Gaura claims that she went to great lengths to ensure Som’s happiness because she cannot bear the thought of him being unhappy.
Gaura, according to Ganga, has tricked her. Kanchan claims that Gaura is fulfilling Rekha’s dream by bringing her inside the house. When she sees her broken photoframe, Rekha becomes distressed. Gaura claims that whatever Ganga and Kanchan did was their wish, and that she will now listen to her heart in the future.
In the upcoming episode, Som asks Gaura what she wants. Gaura says that she wants to make Som and herself free from this name sake relation so that they both can stay happily at their own houses.
