The episode starts with Raghav horrified to discover that the injured woman is none other than Mishri’s grandmother, lying in a pool of blood. People surround Raghav and question whether he doesn’t know how to drive, insisting that he is responsible for Dadi’s accident. Raghav pleads with them to allow him to take Dadi to the hospital. The onlookers express their distrust, suggesting he may abandon Dadi mid-journey, so they decide to accompany Raghav and Dadi on the bus.
Meanwhile, Mishri receives an advance from the school manager. She tries to call Raghav, but he doesn’t answer. Raghav rushes Dadi to the hospital and calls for a doctor.
After returning home, Mishri notices that Raghav has not yet returned. She decides to buy new clothes for him, planning to meet Dadi after the darshan. She also resolves to make kheer for Dadi. At the hospital, a compounder informs Raghav that the doctor is busy with other cases. Raghav insists that the compounder call the doctor, stating that Dadi is bleeding. The compounder reluctantly agrees.
Later, the doctor arrives to check Dadi’s condition. He informs Raghav that Dadi needs surgery and that it’s a police case, so he must file a complaint first. Raghav insists that the doctor start the treatment immediately, but the doctor tells him he needs to deposit 75,000 for the treatment. Raghav pleads with him to keep Dadi in the hospital until he can arrange the money, but the doctor refuses.
Meanwhile, Mishri thinks about asking Raghav to put a mangalsutra on her in front of Krishna Ji once they are financially stable. She notices a bad omen in front of the Krishna Ji idol and worries that Raghav might be in trouble. She calls him, and Raghav contemplates whether it would be good to ask his grandfather for help. He sees many missed calls from Mishri and finally calls her back, informing her that Dadi met with an accident and asking her to come to the rural hospital. Mishri agrees.
As nurses prepare to take Dadi, Raghav asks where they are taking her. The compounder informs him that Mishri has deposited the money, so they are taking Dadi to the ICU for surgery. Raghav is shocked and wonders how Mishri arranged the money so quickly and when she arrived at the hospital. He turns and sees Vaani there.
Raghav asks Vaani what she is doing at the hospital. Vaani responds that she is giving life to Dadi and to Raghav’s relationship with Mishri because Mishri will not want to see him if she learns he is responsible for Dadi’s condition. Raghav asks how Vaani knows about the accident. She reveals that she was present when it happened and came to help him. Raghav expresses his guilt, stating that Dadi is in this critical condition because of him. Vaani hugs him, assuring him that it was just an accident and consoling him. Mishri walks in and sees them together.
Mishri approaches Raghav and Vaani, interrupting their hug. She asks Raghav why they were hugging and inquires about Dadi’s condition. Raghav tells her that Dadi is in surgery. Mishri runs to the ICU ward, and Vaani urges Raghav to follow her. He quickly goes after Mishri.
Mishri cries as she sees Dadi’s condition through the glass door. She asks Raghav who is responsible for Dadi’s situation. A nurse comes out and asks them not to create any noise. Mishri questions the nurse about Dadi’s condition, and the nurse informs her that Dadi is in critical condition. Raghav takes Mishri away, assuring her that Dadi will be fine. He struggles with how to tell her that he is responsible for Dadi’s accident. Mishri prays to Krishna Ji to save her Dadi and hugs Raghav tightly. She then questions him about how Dadi met with the accident and where he found her.
Raghav reflects on the accident but hides the truth, telling Mishri that he found Dadi on the road. Mishri declares that she will not rest until she finds the person responsible for her Dadi’s accident and will send him to jail. Raghav thinks to himself that he is not afraid of going to jail, but he can’t leave Mishri alone in this situation. He hugs her tightly. Vaani feels relieved to see that Raghav hasn’t disclosed the truth to Mishri.
At that moment, police arrive and inquire with the nurse about the accident case. Mishri and Raghav overhear it.
