The episode begins with Mishri telling the inspector that her Dadi was the one who met with an accident. She asks if they have found out who is responsible for the incident. The inspector questions Raghav about whether he brought Dadi here and how she is related to him. He also asks why Raghav looks scared, as if he caused the accident.
Meanwhile, Sulekha inquires about Vaani from her mother. Vaani’s mother mentions that tomorrow is Karvachauth, and she will prepare the sargi herself. When Sulekha asks about Vaani’s whereabouts, Vaani’s mother says she doesn’t know. Suddenly, she receives a call from the bank to confirm a transaction of one lakh. She asks where the transaction occurred, and the bank representative informs her that it happened at Mathura Hospital. Worried, she tries to call Vaani, but she doesn’t pick up.
Mishri pleads with the inspector not to doubt Raghav and urges him to catch the real culprit. Raghav is relieved that Mishri still trusts him, but he feels pressured when she asks for details about the vehicle involved in the accident, recalling that he was the one responsible. Just as he braces himself to admit his role, Vaani suddenly steps in, claiming that the person in the car is responsible for the accident. She explains that Raghav tried to catch the culprit, but he ran away.
A man then appears, saying Vaani is lying. Vaani feels tense, fearing he witnessed her pushing Dadi in front of Raghav’s vehicle. The man tells the police that the accident was caused by an old jeep, not a car. Mishri urges the inspector to apprehend the real culprit, expressing her desire to kill that person. The inspector agrees and leaves. Vaani gives money to the man who provided the false testimony, warning him not to speak out again.
Raghav questions Vaani about her lie and why she made the man lie. He insists that hiding the truth isn’t right. Mishri asks what they are hiding, and Raghav attempts to confess his mistake, but a nurse interrupts, saying Mishri’s Dadi wants to see her.
Mishri rushes to meet Dadi and asks her to reveal who caused the accident. Dadi notices Raghav and Vaani outside the ICU and tries to indicate Vaani, but Mishri only sees Raghav and tells Dadi that he is the one who admitted her to the hospital. Dadi attempts to signal to Vaani but loses consciousness again.
Determined to confess the truth, Raghav enters the ICU. Mishri asks Raghav if he knows what Dadi is trying to signal. Raghav admits that he is responsible for Dadi’s accident, leaving Mishri heartbroken. She warns him never to show his face to her again and pushes him away.
Raghav snaps out of his imagination, not revealing anything to Mishri, and comforts her, assuring her that Dadi will be fine. Mishri hugs him, while Vaani, feeling jealous, leaves the room. Raghav tells Mishri to stay with Dadi and offers to get her something to eat. As he steps out of the ward, Vaani confronts Raghav, stating that he has made a mistake by not revealing the truth to Mishri, or he could end up in jail. Raghav replies that he is not afraid of being jailed; he is more concerned about leaving Mishri alone. Vaani questions why he cares for Mishri so much, asking if she is his responsibility or something more. Raghav contemplates this as they hear Mishri shouting Dadi’s name.
