The episode starts with Abha saying to her husband that Sid deserves this punishment and it’s not our Sourya to get worried. Abhishek says Sid is our family and I can’t forgive myself if something happens to Dad. Girish comes there saying Pramod is not answering the call and don’t know what he did as this arrest is not our plan. Abhishek says true, he tells Deepti send some criminal lawyer number. They go to meet him. Apeksha arrives at the station to meet Sid. Sid recalls whatever happened.
Apeksha meets him and asks if he is okay. Sid asks how can he be okay in this jail. Apeksha says I asked you to not involve in this business but you didn’t listen to me and now our Singapore trip will be canceled if this case progresses. Sid asks what kind of friend you’re, I’m worried for Dadu’s health and our reputation but you’re worried about the Singapore trip. Apeksha asks him to not worry as Mom assigned the case to a good criminal lawyer.
Mithai comes there and deliver food prepared by Dadi to Sid. Apeksha says she brought diet food. Sid asks her to understand as it’s sent by Dadi. Sid is in lockup. Mithai asks what happened when you went to the warehouse. Sid says I beg you, please don’t help me as you’re inauspicious. Mithai says she is helping him for Dadu’s health as his Bp is going high. Sid asks are you a judge or advocate? how will you help me? Mithai says God is seeing he will help. Police ask them to leave saying visiting hours ended.
Agarwal feeds sweet to Pramod. Pramod says their family is in shock. Girish and Abha and Abhishek come there. Agarwal says Sid made them friends. Girish and Abhishek ask why he hid it from them. Pramod says there is no other way. Agarwal asks if they know about the deal. Girish asks them to tell what the real. Aditya says Pramod signed the agreement to give us 3 shops once you get them on your names. Agarwal’s leave from there. Pramod asks them to forgive him as a mistake happened. Girish tells him he won’t forget. He receives calls from Lawyer and goes to pay the money for bail.
Mithai comes to the mandir and asks Harimohan why is he not taking a rest. Harimohan blames himself for Sid’s state. Mithai says someone did it intentionally and I promise you, I’ll prove your Sid innocent and bring him out with Gopal’s help so sleep well. Harimohan goes with her.
The next day, News reporters disturb Harimohan with their questions. Mithai stops them. She sees Agarwal talking to a person who mixed poison in sweets. She thinks about why she feels she saw him somewhere. Police bring Sid to court. Agarwal shows his fake concern to Harimohan. The court session gets started. Sid’s lawyer asks Judge to give them some time to prove Sid’s innocence. Judge asks Sid to tell what happened. Sid tells him whatever happened.
The opposite lawyer objects it and says Sid planned to leave for Singapore in 10 days but family members stopped him by making him the owner of business. He call Agarwal to the witness box. Agarwal reveals in court about their deal and submits the agreement. Opposite lawyer says Sid wants to leave for Singapore that’s why he did it to ruin the family name. Lawyer says the next witness will make this case open and shut. He calls Kishore Kaushik. Mithai sees him and thinks he is the one who left from the H and M sweets.
