Episode begins with Virendra drags Satyam to the hall. Renu asks Satyam that why he broke her trust. Anjali says that the latter unnecessarily accused her. Virendra hits Satyam and points gun at him. Yogi holds him and asks him to not do anything wrong in anger and Police will do their work. Virendra’s staff calls Virendra and tells him that culprit again withdraw few lakhs from his account. Virendra wonders that how is that possible when Satyam is in front of him. Renu tells him that it proves that Satyam is innocent.
Virendra slaps Satyam and tells him that the latter tried to login his account that’s why he went to his room to erase his fingerprints from laptop. He tells him that he didn’t spend money on his studies to see him like thief. He asks Yogi to call the Police. Satyam thinks that if they gave complaint against him then he will face problem to get visa. He asks them to not call the Police. He accepts that he made mistake but he did it for his treatment. They asks him that what is he saying. He lies to them that he has brain tumor and he can get treatment in Canada only that’s why he tried to get money from Virendra’s account for his visa.
Renu asks him that why he didn’t tell her about his disease. Satyam tells Virendra that his intention was not wrong and pleads him to not call the Police. Virendra tells him that if the latter saying truth then he will take care of his treatment expenses. He wonders that who took his money if it’s not Satyam then. Satyam apologizes to Renu and she asks him to not apologize.
In the market, kids asks Purvi to buy gifts for them. They tells her that Virendra used to gift them on every new year. She thinks that she took their responsibility so she should keep them happy. She promises to buy them gift. She thinks that she did good thing by signing on contract papers and she decides to take extra classes to earn more money.
Renu asks Virendra that why she is only facing problems always. She gets worried for Satyam and cries. He tells her that he won’t let anything happen to Satyam. He learns that some PDSS group bought the school where Purvi working. Principal visits Purvi’s house. He tells her that PDSS group bought their school and they fired him today. He says to her that they don’t have any experience in this field. He informs her that only she signed two years contract and warns her to stay alert.
Virendra thinks that the one who withdraw money from his account and the one who bought the school is same person. He takes staff mobile and calls Purvi and he hears her singing lullaby to kids. He decides to protect Purvi. Virendra’s staff tells Virendra that he found the owner of PDSS group. Virendra gets shocked seeing the picture.
