Episode begins with Satyavati making Abhimany understand how winning and losing is just part of life but we shouldn’t give up, we have to be calm and have the strength to fight all problems, I won’t let you fail or lose, see Dev how he is fighting strongly, you just need to support him and be his strength. Satyavati says I am sure you and Dev together will fight this problem off and protect the company.

Abhimany says yes you are right I will help Dev. He hugs Satyavati. Here, Urmila says we are not that rich that we can help Dev. Bimla says Dev is our son in law so his family is like ours. Hariprasad says you both want the haveli right? I am ready to sell Urmila and Chacha ji get surprised. Here, Dev and family welcome Kanika and ask if she is well. Kanika says I don’t deserve this good treatment as I was also initially part of the plan of Yogesh and Amba to take over the Raichand industry, I knew about it earlier but I parted ways recently, we also made company money get invested in illegal ways. Kanika says we can expose them as Amba has to pay and then you can hand me over to the police if you want. Dev says no, atleast you have the humanity that you told us the truth. Abhimanyu says we can use Kanika’s confession. Dev says the case is much more complicated so we need to talk to the lawyer. Here, Urmila calls Hariprasad a liar as he has kept the haveli as a loan with Vijay and took money and now wants to sell it. Bimla is shocked. Urmila and Chacha ji go out. Bimla says so the paper I didn’t read and signed the paper so it was about this? Bimla gets disappointed.

Here, lawyer tells Dev that they have nothing with them, and Kanika’s confession has no proof so court won’t believe it and as the signatures are done by you so court will not take it as forgery, with 9 percent share of the company you can just work under them nothing more. At night, Dev is calculating and finds out how he gifted Chitra 25 percent of shares. Dev tells Vidhi they can get it from Chitra. Vidhi says what if as Amba is there so Chitra might not be able to give it to us. Dev says Chitra is my sister first so I am sure she will.

Next day, Priya gives the update to Amba about Kanika coming there and telling everything. Amba says it’s nothing new, I expected some good interesting news from you. Priya says okay, I will get you that and then I will tell you what I want. Amba agrees. Yogesh comes to show Amba his outift for day 1 of being the owners. Amba says you know your wife has promised Dev to give her statement from his side. Yogesh is shocked. Vidhi brings tea for Dev who is watching the news where media says how Dev is out of his own business and Amba has successfully taken her revenge. Vidhi asks Dev not to mind these news things.

Dev gets a call from Chitra. Dev and Vidhi leave to meet Chitra. Dev asks Chitra for her 25 percent share but Chitra informs how Vikram and Amba already took it and Amba has the shares now. Chitra says Vikram and Amba always keep an eye on her and she feels like she is leaving in a jail, her life has become hell there. Chitra leaves fearing if Amba or Vikram get to know about this then it will be an issue. Dev says to Vidhi that we need to make Chitra come out of that house first now.

Precap – a man comes to convince Hariprasad to sell mata rani’s statue. Hariprasad denies so the man proposes to him to let him marry the little kid Seema. Seema is shocked to hear this. Hariprasad raises his hands on the man.
